【摘要】 能值分析方法将各种形式的能量转换为统一标准的能值,从而为定量分析自然和人类经济活动的真实价值、评价系统的可持续发展性能提供了方法。能值分析有助于调整生态环境与经济发展的关系,对自然资源的科学评估和合理利用、经济发展方针的制定以及生态经济系统未来发展的预测,均具有重要的指导意义。首先,本文简要概述国内外能值研究的状况,并对国内能值研究发展历程和所存在的不足进行了总结,客观评价了能值分析的作用和意义,确定了本文研究的侧重点和需要注意的问题。然后,系统详细地介绍了生态经济系统能值分析方法的过程和具体步骤,针对安徽生态经济系统的特点,绘制区域生态经济系统的能流图,建立了区域生态经济系统能值指标体系。在相关学者研究的基础上,论文创建了区域生态系统健康指数EREHI。结合安徽省的数据,从能值结构指标、社会子系统的能值指标、经济子系统的能值指标以及自然子系统的能值指标四个部分对安徽生态经济系统进行了1990-2008年的能值动态分析评价。接着,将三角相图法引入到安徽生态经济系统的能值分析中来,从资源线、敏感线和可持续线三个方面对安徽生态经济系统进行了直观的能值相图分析；根据系统发展现状,利用相图对系统发展的方向进行预测,探讨系统未来可持续发展的正确路径；将安徽省与国内其他4个省份进行能值相图比较研究,从中找出安徽发展存在的差距和问题。最后,在对系统进行能值分析和能值相图分析的基础上,总结和概括系统发展的现状和问题,从而有针对性的提出系统可持续发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emergy analysis method converts all kinds of energy and materials into equivalents standards of sunlight, provides an approach to analyze quantitatively the true value between natural environment and human economic activities, to access the sustainable development performance of the system.Emergy analysis can help us to adjust the relationship between ecological environment and economic development. It plays an important role in assessing the natural resources scientifically, constituting economic measures and forecasting the future development trends of eco-economic system.Firstly, the paper summarizes the status of emergy research at home and abroad briefly, and then sums up the development history and the deficiencies of domestic emergy researches, evaluates objectively of the role and significance of emergy analysis, therefore, to determine the focus and the issues to be aware of in this article. Secondly, the paper introduces the process and the concrete step of emergy analysis of eco-economic system in detail.According to the characters of Anhui eco-economic system, an energy flow chart is drawn and the system of emergy indexes is established. On the basis of the relevant scholars, a index named emergy-based region ecosystem health index (EREHI) was created in this paper. Combine the data of Anhui province, this paper has carried on dynamic emergy analysis to Anhui ecosystem from 1990 to 2008 by four indexes, i.e., the indexes of emergy structure, the indexes of social subsystem, the indexes of economic subsystem and the indexes of natural subsystem.Thirdly, ternary diagram is introduced to the emergy analysis of Anhui eco-economic system, and make an intuitive emergy-based ternary diagram analysis of Anhui province from three aspects including resource line, sensitive line and sustainable line. According to the system development, to forecast the direction of system development and discuss the correct path to the future sustainable development of the system.Make a comparative study of emergy-based ternary diagram between Anhui and other four provinces in china, then find out the gaps and problems in Anhui Province. Lastly, the development status and problems of Anhui eco-economic system that have been found from emergy analysis and ternary diagram analysis are summarizd, and then the paper proposed a series of policy and suggestion which suit for the sustainable development of Anhui eco-economic system.更多还原
