岭南地区公共建筑隔热降温的被动式设计研究

【摘要】 面对全球性能源与环境危机的现状,我国公共建筑建设速度快、建设量大的发展趋势,以及岭南地区由于气候环境与经济发展水平导致的公共建筑能耗高于全国其它地区的现状,提出岭南地区公共建筑隔热降温的被动式设计策略具有积极的意义。本文通过对现有国内外被动式隔热、降温设计策略和岭南传统建筑的研究,并在岭南地区气候特征基础上,结合该地区自然地理、人文特征,提出岭南地区公共建筑隔热降温的被动式集成设计模式,并在其指导下提出该地区公共建筑隔热、降温的被动式适宜性设计策略。具体成果如下:岭南地区公共建筑被动式隔热的适宜性设计策略:建筑东、西、南、北、屋顶五个面门窗洞口的外遮阳设计策略;门窗洞口内遮阳、建筑自遮阳、植物遮阳的被动式隔热设计策略;非门窗洞口部分建筑外围护结构被动式隔热设计策略。岭南地区公共建筑被动式降温的适宜性设计策略:从建筑形体、平面与空间组织、外围护结构三方面得出自然通风的被动式降温设计策略;利用液体蒸发原理、植物特性以及其它方式的被动式降温设计策略。岭南地区公共建筑隔热、降温的被动式集成设计模式与策略:隔热、降温的被动式集成设计模式的目的是使岭南地区公共建筑隔热、降温的被动式设计与建筑设计其它各因素有机联系起来。设计策略要兼顾技术适宜性、功能兼容性与地域人文性。

【Abstract】 It’s meaningful to propose the passive thermal insulation and cooling design strategy on public buildings in the Lingnan area in the case of the global energy and environmental crisis situation, the trend of large and quick construction of public buildings in China, and the higher energy consumption of public buildings in the Lingnan area because of the climate and economic development.Based on research of existing domestic and foreign passive insulation and cooling design strategies, traditional buildings in the Lingnan area, and climatic characteristics of the Lingnan area combined with natural geographic and cultural features, the integrated passive thermal insulation and cooling design pattern on public buildings in the Lingnan area has been proposed. And then, the writer put forward to the appropriate passive thermal insulation and cooling design strategy on public buildings in the Lingnan area based on it. Specific results are as follows:The appropriate passive thermal insulation design strategy on public buildings in the Lingnan area:external sun-shading of window and door openings including south, north, east, west and roof o f buildings, internal sun-shading of window and door openings, building self-shading and shade pants design strategies are proposed. It’s also acquired passive thermal insulation design strategies on external structure of public buildings.The appropriate passive cooling design strategy on public buildings in Lingnan area:natural ventilation strategies based on shape, plane and space organization, and external structure of buildings are proposed. It’s also acquired passive cooling design strategies on making full use of the principle of liquid evaporation, plant characteristics and other ways.The integrated passive thermal insulation and cooling design pattern and strategy on public buildings in the Lingnan area:the pattern aims to make the passive thermal insulation and cooling design on public buildings in the Lingnan area linked to other various design factors. The technical suitability, function compatibility and regional humanities should be taken into account on the integrated passive thermal insulation and cooling design strategy.
