房屋式开闭站环境湿度控制系统设计

【摘要】 随着科学技术的不断进步和发展,越来越多的家用电器为人们提供了更加优质、便捷的服务,从日常必需的照明光源到降低人类劳动强度的洗衣机、吸尘器以及为人类提供精神文化需求的电视机、电脑,几乎所有的家庭常用设施都需要电能来驱动。人们对于供电可靠性和不间断电能的需求越来越高,根据吉林省电力有限公司运行分析报告可以发现,“十一五”期间,吉林地区的居民供电可靠性从98.903%提升至99.323%。不少专家称,现代社会正染上电能依赖症。受地区气候及新建的很多变电站、开闭站、环网柜所在位置的环境等因素的影响,很多变电站、开闭站、环网柜内部环境相对湿度过高。超过设备运行标准要求的湿度将导致设备绝缘程度降低,电晕放电现象加剧,这些现象时刻会导致电力设备事故的发生。这已经成为威胁电力系统安全生产形势的一个主要问题。目前,国内外较常用的排潮方式普遍选择空调抽湿、空气交换降低湿度和专业抽湿机来实现,但上述装置普遍存在运行成本过高、没有综合系统的针对电力设施提出节能、快速、精确的排潮方式。为解决这个问题,结合单片机与程序设计,并充分考虑系统安装地点的设备运行条件、造价成本及设计方案的可行性,给出一套房屋式开闭站环境湿度控制系统的设计以解决此问题。考虑到设备安装处不仅有新建的房屋式开闭站,还有已经投入运行了一段时间的开闭站,房屋式开闭站环境湿度控制系统的中央处理芯片、外部扩展的选择就要求有比较高的性能价格比。此外,在程序的设计上,由于房屋式开闭站无人值班,系统参数设定以及运行维护要做到简单易操作,且具备恶劣环境告警功能。文中对房屋式开闭站环境湿度控制系统的中央处理芯片、外部扩展的选择理由、性价比以及设计程序进行了一一说明。同时,还将系统安装前后的设备运行情况以及湿度测量数据进行比对,对比装置安装前后设备运行环境的变化。最后就其可行性进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 With the continuous progress and development of science and technology, more and more household appliances provide more high-quality, convenient services for people, from daily necessary lighting source to washing machine, vacuum cleaner of reducing the human labor intensity, and TV, computer of providing mankind spiritual and cultural needs, almost all of the common household facilities needed electricity to drive. It just reflects the influence of power in people’s daily life. People for the power supply reliability and uninterrupted power are in an increasingly demand. According to Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. operation analysis report can be found in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the power supply reliability in Jilin area residents from 98.903% up to 99.323%. Many experts say, modern society is addicted to power dependency. Affected by the regional climate, and position environment of many newly built substations, switching station, ring network cabinet and other factors, many substations, switching station, ring network cabinet’s internal environmental humidity is relatively too high. More than standard humidity of equipment operation will cause equipment insulation degree to reduce, corona discharge phenomenon intensifies, and these phenomena will lead to power equipment accidents. It has become a major problem of threatening the safety of power system operating situation. Currently, more commonly used methods in moisture discharge both in domestic and foreign generally choose dehumidifier air- conditioning, air exchange and low humidity and professional dehumidifier to achieve, but the device operating costs are too high, there is no comprehensive system in the electric power facilities of proposed energy saving, fast and accurate moisture discharge mode. To solve this problem, combined with the MCU and the program design, and give full consideration to equipment installation site operating conditions, the cost and the feasibility of design scheme, given a set of house-style switching station equipment of humidity control system design to solve the problem.Considering the installation of equipment not only has the newly-built house-style switching station, and has old house-style switching stations, the house-style switching station equipment of humidity control system central processing chip, external expansion requires a relatively high ratio of performance to price.In addition, in the design process, because there is nobody in the house-style switching station, system parameter setting and operation and maintenance to be simple and easy to operate, and have a bad environment alarm function.In this paper, the house-style switching station equipment of humidity control system central processing chip, external expansion of the reasons for selection, the cost performance and design procedures were stated specifically. At the same time, it will compare the status of the equipment operation before and after system installation as well as the data of humidity measurement, contrast the changes before and after the installation of equipment operating environment. Finally, on its feasibility were elaborated.
