大幅面自动拼图机的研制

【摘要】 当今社会书画作品的数字化已经成为了市场的迫切需要。在商业领域,书画作品的高保真的数字图象可以用与艺术网站和数字博物馆的建设,使世界各地的人们都可以近距离的欣赏艺术作品,还可以用于高逼真度的艺术仿制品的制作。从文物保护的角度看,通过数字图像对书画作品进行保存,不但对书画作品没有损伤,而且可以通过现代化手段对损坏的书画作品进行重构,还原其本来面目。本课题在充分调研了国内外大幅面高质量图像获取设备,深入了解和分析国内外现有的大幅面图像获取技术的特点和发展趋势的前提下,将本文的研究内容定位在基于图像拼接技术的大幅面图像获取设备的研发上。从产品功能分析开始,按照机电系统理论,明确产品各个功能模块,并以此为引导逐一实现上位机人机交互控制界面,通信与控制电路,机电动力系统及机械结构的设计,并提出了对系统整体功能评价的方案。在机械系统搭建的过程中充分考虑到系统的长行程要求,以及系统的可扩展性和易维护性,要有效地降低产品市场化的成本。制作人性化的上位机软件使操作者可以简单的实现其所要求的功能,并且有良好的纠错能力。稳定性高的控制与通信电路,使得系统运行更加稳定可靠。由于本文设计的系统包含多个功能模块,设计基于图像处理技术的评价方案对系统整体性能做出客观合理的评价。其具体方法是用相机对标准测试板进行拍摄,然后利用提取灰度直方图、腐蚀、区域图像特征获得等图像处理手段,对所拍摄得到的一系列图片进行处理和参数提取,并对所得到的参数进行计算分析,从而得出可以反应映整个系统运动性能的图像偏移误差和反应应光源照射质量的灰度直方图。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the digitization of paintings and calligraphy works has been urgent requirement in the market. In business, digital images of the high simulation of paintings and calligraphy works are used to construction of Art Website and Digital Museum. People can appreciate the art works, and make the imitations of the high simulation. From the perspective of heritage conservation, paintings and calligraphy works are kept by digital images, not only paintings and calligraphy works no damage, but also damaged works can be reconstructed by modern means and restore its true face.The subject surveys large format high-quality image acquisition devices from home and abroad abundantly. The content of this subject is located in the large format based on image stitching technology research and development of image acquisition devices on the premise of in-depth understanding and analysis of existing domestic and international large-format image capture technology. The main content of this article researches the large-format automatic based on image stitching technology. In the first place, I analysis the features of products, and clear the function modules of products in accordance with Electrical Systems Theory. Then this article design interactive control interface, communication, mechanical structure and the plan of overall system function.The whole design think the demand of long stroke of the system in the process of mechanical systems structures, and also think system scalability and ease of maintenance. Human PC Software makes users operate the system easily, and have good error correction. Stability control and communication circuits make the system more stable and reliable operation.Because system design of the paper includes some modules, I design evaluation program based on image processing in order to make objective and reasonable overall system performance evaluation. The specific method is to use the camera to shoot the standard test bore, and take advantage of extracting gray level histogram, corrosion, regional image features obtained and other image processing means. At the same time, a series of pictures will be processed and extracted the parameters. Simultaneously, we calculate the parameters obtained. At last, we obtain image offset error that responses the motion performance of the system and gray level histogram that response the light source quality.The features of large format automatic jigsaw puzzle machine of this subject are excellent scalability, long work stroke, low cost, easy maintenance and operation accuracy. The product is applies to all kinds of painting, calligraphy, drawings and other target shooting, and solve the problem of the high-quality ultra-large format digital photo target acquisition.
