WSA酸性气体制酸工艺的运行分析和优化控制

【摘要】 煤化工产业规模不断扩大和高硫煤的不断应用,大大增加了酸性气体回收的压力。国内运行的酸性气体回收和处理装置大都存在生产负荷不高、环保要求不能完全达标的情况。本文对煤化工领域应用的各类硫回收装置进行了原理分析和工艺研究,寻找工艺的一般规律。分析和研究上海焦化有限公司WSA酸性气体制酸回收装置近几年的工艺操作状况,确定关键的控制指标,通过数据积累、原理分析、操作优化等方面提出改进生产工艺的建议。原料气组分、过氧量控制、尾气排放和酸雾控制是WSA酸性气体处理装置的主要影响因素。这些因素直接影响能否获得较高的硫回收率,并且涉及装置设备的安全和稳定运行,对提升装置负荷有重要作用。通过工艺查定、设备状况、运行数据与优化方案的比对,形成可行的优化控制方案,优化后的装置在生产负荷、生产周期、关键指标控制上得到明显的改善和提高。本文的研究结果,可以作为同类生产装置的操作参考,为装置国产化提供依据。

【Abstract】 With the expanding of coal-chemical industry and the utilization of high-sulfur coal, the recovery of acid gas is becoming more and more pressing. Most domestic units used for acidic gas processing and recovery are of low capacity and can not fullfill the requirements of environmental protection. Technologies and principles of different units applied in coal-chemical industry are studied in order to draw a universal conclusion. The most important control targets are set up based on the analysis of the operation conditions of the WSA acid gas recovery unit in Shanghai Coking & Chemical Corporation. Suggestions for improving the producing process are made after data collection, principle analysis and operating optimization.The key factors that affect the operation of the WSA acid gas recovery unit are the componet of the feed gas, the emission and the control of the O2 and acid mist. The recovery rate of sulfur, the operation load of the unit and the safty and steady of the plant are all related to the factors mantioned above.Through camparing the parameters and digitals before and after optimizing, a fessible scheme can be made. It is shown that the operating load and period as well as the key control factors of the optimized plant are apparently improved.The conclusions drawed from this paper can be a guidance for the operation and domestication of similar units.
