供热物联网系统的设计及组网算法研究

【摘要】 随着我国集中供热、分户计量工作的深入开展,物联网在热力系统的应用受到了广泛关注,由此产生了基于物联网架构的供热网络,即供热物联网。本课题在对国内外研究深入分析的基础上,对供热物联网系统进行了研究。首先,分析了现有供热网络中存在的问题,设计了一种基于物联网架构的供热系统。该系统包括基于ZigBee技术的信息采集子系统、基于GPRS技术的信息传输子系统和供热物联网软件系统。其次,采用ZigBee无线传感网络技术和GPRS远程传输技术相结合的组网方法,构造了一种安全可靠的无线智能监控网络;配置了数据监测管理系统,实现了供热物联网传输模块的串口数据通讯系统;设计了信息管理软件总体结构,采用模块化思想满足集中供热网络系统需求;开发了数据监测管理中心的信息监控及收费软件,实现供热系统所需要的各种功能。再次,为解决供热物联网中集中供热、分户计量及传感节点层次结构复杂等难题并提高热计量表数据传送的准确性和及时性,对系统特点进行深入的探讨,在ZigBee无线传感网络技术和GPRS远程传输技术相结合的组网方法基础上,将超图理论引入到供热物联网中,把热网中大规模、强连通的采集数据的无线传感器网络拓扑抽象为超图模型,提出了一种基于超图模型的组网算法。最后,进行了实验和结果分析,测试了供热物联网系统。将基于超图模型的组网算法与经典的LEACH算法进行比较,验证组网算法的正确性和有效性。对供热物联网硬件系统、串口程序和交互系统进行测试,判断热计量表数据能否通过ZigBee模块与GPRS模块准确的传送到监控系统的数据库中,分析系统的实际运行性能。

【Abstract】 Along with deep development of centralized heating, household metering in ourcountry, it is a hot point of the Internet of things in the heating system, producing aheating network based on Internet of things, which is the heating Internet of things. In theanalysis of the domestic and international research, we deeply study the Internet of thingsin heating system.Firstly, in view of the problems in existing heating networks, a shceme which is fitfor the Internet of things in heating system is designed. The system includes theinformation collection subsystem based on ZigBee technology, the informationtransmission subsystem based on GPRS technology, and software subsystem in heatingnetwork.Secondly, we use the ZigBee wireless sensor technology and GPRS remotetransmission technique, construct a safe and reliable wireless intelligent monitoringnetwork; configure data monitoring management system to achieve serial datacommunication system of the transmission module in heating network; design the overallstructure of the information management software, using modular thinking to realize thesystem requirements of the centralized heating network; develop information monitoringand charging software in data monitoring management center to meet needs of thevarious functions in heating system.Again, in order to solve problems of centralized heating, household metering,complex structure of sensor nodes in heating networks and enhance accuracy andtimeliness of the heating data, the system characteristics were analysed in depth. We usethe ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and GPRS remote transmission technique,take the hypergraph theory into heat-supply networks and propose a kind of routingalgorithm based on the hypergraph model. This algorithm abstracts the heating networkof large-scale, strong connected wireless sensor network as the hypergraph model.Finally, experiments are carried out, the results are analyzed, and we test the heatingsystem. Compared the routing algorithm based on the hypergraph model with the classic LEACH algorithm, the algorithm analysis and experimental results show that it caneffectively improve the success rate of data transmission, balance the node’s energyconsumption and prolong the lifetime of heating networks. On the heating system the testresults show that it operates well and meet the multiple needs of the heating network.
