模块化钢结构建造大型设备安装技术研究

Research on the Equipment Installation Technology in Modular Steel Construction

【摘要】 模块化钢结构建造是指将整体钢结构分成多个模块同时建造最后进行整体组对的钢结构建造技术。目前,国内外模块化钢结构工程建设规模向着大型和巨型发展,其内部设备数量众多,重量重,体积大,很多设备到达施工场地时是散装,需要进行组装、成撬;同时,穿甲板设备多,设备安装、就位、组对等困难。为了对模块化钢结构内部设备的安装施工进行合理的安排、保证设备安装的效率与质量、降低工程总成本和保证工程顺利实施,采用科学的设备安装施工方法和先进的技术手段是非常必要的。为此,本文主要进行了以下研究工作:首先,详细分析了模块化钢结构工程大型设备组装、安装的特点,以及目前大型设备组装安装过程普遍采用的“定位找正调整法”和“预装整体调整法”安装技术的特点与不足;其次,针对钢结构工程很多设备到达施工场地时是散装,需要现场进行组装、成撬过程等特点,着重分析了设备组合件装配的特征,并把它抽象为组合件装配信息模型,利用装配模型实现设备组合件快速装配;模块化钢结构工程设备重量重、数量巨大,设备贯穿多层甲板甚至多个模块,为保证设备吊装安全,特别是贯穿甲板片型设备的安装尺寸精度与连接尺寸精度,提出大地坐标尺寸定位法来定位贯穿型设备,分析了吊装工具及机具的设计校核;最后,将先进制造技术——虚拟装配技术引入模块化钢结构设备组装、安装过程,构建了大型设备空间模块内虚拟装配体系。通过对两层甲板之间的设备及环境之间的装配进行分析提出了空间模块内虚拟设备装配路径规划及装配过程仿真。

【Abstract】 Now, the size of domestic and foreign modular steel construction is being developed towards large and giant. The equipment needs to be installed in the modular steel is heavy, bulky and numerous, many of which are bulk cargo when arrived on construction site and need to be assembled. What is more, there are types of equipment that through two and more decks, whose installation and docking are difficulty. For a better efficiency and quality of equipment installation, a lower total cost and a smooth implementation of the project, scientific methods and advanced technology are necessary. Considering that, we make some study and discussion in this thesis, as is followed:Firstly, analyze the large equipment in the modular steel subassembly and assembly features amply, and the flaw of the present widely used installation technology. Secondly, focus on the analysis of pre-assembly subassembly features, and abstract it to a subassembly information model for assembly.Thirdly, equipments in modular steel are heavy, huge and numerous, many of which are through two and more decks, for a safe lifting, a better installation and connection dimensional accuracy, we adopt geodetic positioning method to locate the equipment that through decks, and analyze the design and verification of lifting tools.In the last, advanced manufacturing technology--virtual assembly technology is introduced to the equipment assembly in modular steel, and a virtual assembly system is formed. By an analysis to the equipment between two decks and their environment, a virtual equipment assembly path planning and assembly simulation system are built up.
