【摘要】 图书馆是传播和交流知识和信息的中心。目前，大专院校院系、研究单位和地方基层组织均有自己的图书、资料室，这类图书馆一般采用人工的管理。随着国家推动文化大发展大繁荣工作的进行，迫切需要开发和应用适应于基层单位的图书管理系统，开发图书管理系统具有较大的社会经济意义。本文研究了微软.Net开发平台、C#程序设计语言、ASP.Net、SQL Server等开发环境，调查和分析了大专院校、科研院所的图书、资料室的图书管理的实际情况，完成了了图书馆的用户需求分析，分析了该图书馆的数据需求、业务流程、系统的功能需求和非功能需求，进行了图书管理系统的概要设计和详细设计，该系统包括图书资料信息管理、图书资料借阅管理、信息统计查询、读者管理、系统维护等模块，系统采用微软.Net开发平台开发，论文详细描述了系统主要模块的开发过程。目前，已经完成了系统的原型开发和系统的试运行，基本满足了用户的需求，达到了设计的目标。随着系统的使用的深入，将根据用户的需求进一步完善。更多还原
