红外温度测试仪研究

【摘要】 红外测温仪的工作原理是采集目标的红外辐射能量最终以温度量输出,以其测温时的非接触性、快速准确性和温度检测直观性逐步替代了传统的测温方式。本文研制的红外测温系统适用于人员密集且流量大的机场车站等场合,采用高速激光扫描的方式采集站内流动人员的温度数据,经无线传输的方式实现上下位机的数据通讯,最终经监控中心计算机对图像数据处理后以一种便于观察的热图形式输出。本课题所研究测温仪要求能够实现精度高、不漏检、超温报警、超温点跟踪、热图分析等功能。本课题主要对测温仪的软件和硬件的实现过程进行了研究。采用高性能单片机MSP430C412作为下位机主控制模块,通过各功能模块器件的选择和搭建实现了下位机的温度数据采集和处理功能。通过单片机编程可以实现超温报警功能,同时由扫描激光器定位该点,将点坐标值送往智能球形跟踪摄像机实现对超温点的跟踪显示,避免了漏检的可能性。数据送往监控中心计算机后进行图像处理,该技术能够精确显示出异常的存在。本课题研究具有实际意义,测温系统将红外热图像与视频图像融合,两个独立的单元异地同步显示,实现了对现场人流热分布信息的远程、实时、在线监测。
【Abstract】 The working theory of infrared thermometer is turning infrared radiation which is collected from the target into temperature volume. The traditional temperature measuring ways are replac- ed by the infrared measuring way for their characteristics like non-contaction、high speed and accuracy and easy checking of temperature.The infrared temperature measuring systerm invented in this thesis is used in these situations like airports、stations and so on ,where there are too many people and a large flow of crowed.The thermometer collectes temperature dates in the way of high-speed laser scanning,the dates are send to the PC via wireless transmission.The monitoring center computer handles the temperature dates and output heat map which is easy observed.The thermometer researched in the thesis requires to achieve the following functions:high precision、non-missing checking、over-temperature alarm、over-temperature point tracking and heat map analysis,and the sofetware and hardware of the systerm were mainly studied. High performance microcontroller MSP430C412 was used as the main control module in the lower computer.The best devices are choosed and connected to collect and handle the temperature dates.Over-temperature alarm function can be achieved by microcontroller programming.When there is a over-temperature point ,the scanning laser will note the point’s coordinates and send it to intelligent ball-like tracking camera,then the point tracked and displayed.The overtemperature points will not missed.Dates are handled in the monitoring center computer,this technology ensures the displaying accuracy.This research has practical significance.The infrared heat image and video image are mixed in the temperature measurement system.The two moldes display at the same time and in difrent field.This system can achieve remote、real-time and online monitoring.
