新疆红枣发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】 有机农业目前是世界农业领域发展最快的产业,有机食品是世界食品发展的方向,对新疆红枣特别是有机红枣的发展进行研究有利于促进新疆社会经济的发展和区域优势资源的开发利用。本文分析了国内外目前有机农业和有机食品的发展趋势及人们对此的认识,在此基础上,分析了新疆红枣产业发展现状,进一步阐述了新疆发展红枣的制约因素,分析了新疆红枣及有机红枣发展的潜力,进而提出了新疆发展红枣的目标和对策建议。文章认为新疆红枣产业已经在新疆整体果业中占据举足轻重的地位,新疆要充分利用特殊的自然环境资源和区域资源的比较优势大力发展红枣,根据新疆不同地州和兵团不同农业师团自然环境及气候资源特点,根据因地制宜和发挥区域比较优势原则,做好新疆红枣生产及加工的区域规划,在新疆逐步形成特色鲜明的红枣生产区域和加工产业集聚带,逐步建立具有新疆比较区域优势的红枣技术体系,逐步推进红枣在新疆的集约化产业经营模式,最终实现新疆红枣的产业化发展,使新疆红枣成为自治区的重要支柱产业。新疆红枣发展策略应注重实施优势区域发展战略、红枣产业化经营战略、红枣生产基地建设战略和红枣管理体系和配套服务体系建设战略。本研究的创新点主要包括以下几个方面:第一,分析了新疆红枣产业的发展现状。第二,分析了新疆红枣发展的制约因素。第三,分析了新疆红枣发展的潜力和条件。第四,对推进新疆红枣产业发展提出了对策建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the knowledge of the domestic or international organic agriculture and organic food, this thesis analyzed development status of the jujube industry in Xinjiang, further elaborated development constraints and development potential for organic jujube in Xinjiang, then presented the development aims and strategies of organic jujube. Jujube fruit industry occupied a important position in whole fruit industry in Xinjiang. Xinjiang should make full use of special natural resources and regional resources to develop the comparative advantages of organic jujube. According to difference of the natural environment and climate resources among the Xinjiang province and Corps, Xinjiang should do the regional planning of organic jujube production and processing followed by local conditions principle and comparative advantage principle. Xinjiang should gradually form the producing and manufacturing zones and producing system of Xinjiang organic jujube industry, and vigorously promote the industrialization of Xinjiang organic jujube industry, achieve faster development of the industrialization of organic jujube. Xinjiang organic dates in autonomous region to become an important pillar industries. Development strategy of organic jujube in Xinjiang should focus on regional development strategy, industrial management strategy, organic base building strategy and management system and service system building strategy.The innovation of this study include the following aspects:first, the analysis of development status of the jujube industry in Xinjiang. Second, the analysis of the development constraints of Xinjiang organic jujube. Third, the analysis of the development potential and conditions of Xinjiang organic jujube. Fourth, put forward some suggestions and development strategies in Xinjiang organic jujube.
