大粒径沥青碎石下面层沥青路面路用性能和力学性能研究

Research on Pavement Performance and Mechanical Properties of the Asphalt Pavement with the Large-stone Asphalt Mixes Lower Course

【摘要】 大粒径沥青混合料具有良好的防止反射裂缝和抗车辙能力,主要作为路面结构的基层使用。对于大粒径沥青混合料作为路面结构下面层的研究较少。本文在国内外研究成果的基础上,对大粒径沥青混合料的路用性能和力学性质进行对比研究。本文对提出的密级配大粒径沥青碎石ATB-25、ATB-30,开级配大粒径沥青碎石ATPB-25、ATPB-30分别进行配合比设计,首先参考国内外集料级配,采用规范与变I法结合的方法确定实验所用的矿料级配,对于密级配,直接采用大马歇尔试验确定最佳沥青用量。对于开级配,首先采用沥青膜厚度方法初定沥青用量,再综合析漏试验和大马歇尔试验确定其最佳沥青用量。然后对所选择的沥青混合料进行车辙试验,水稳性能试验,抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度实验,对比评价两种大粒径沥青碎石的综合性能,选取一种综合性能最优的大粒径沥青碎石下面层形式。结合施工要求和沥青混合料厚度与最大公称粒径之间的关系,采用Bisar程序计算在相同的温度条件下,随着ATB下面层厚度的变化,沥青路面结构应力应变的变化特点,综合确定ATB-25或ATB-30下面层的合理厚度。

【Abstract】 Experts at home and abroad researched that the Large-stone Asphalt Mixes mainly treated base have good performance of delaying the reflection crack and rutting resistance.The Large-stone Asphalt Mixes used as lower course is less researched.Based on absorbing domestic and foreign scientific research experience,paper has a comparative study on pavement performance and mechanical properties of the Large-stone Asphalt Mixes.Paper studies separately on match ratio design to proposed Dense-graded Large-stone Asphalt Mixes(ATB-25、ATB-30)and Open-graded Large Stone Asphalt Mixes(ATPB-25、ATPB-30).First,referring results at home and abroad of aggregate gradation,the paper etermines gradation by means of using the varying I method and Standard method.To Dense-graded, the optimal asphalt content is determined directly through he Large Marshall test. To Open-graded, the optimal asphalt content is determined through the leakage test and the Large Marshall test. Then,Based on test research, rutting resistance,moisture stability and mechanical properties will be studied.Finally,through comparing their comprehensive performance,the best Large-stone Asphalt Mixes is selected as lower course of pavement structure.Based on construction requirements and the relationship between the thickness of Asphalt Mixes and nominal maximum aggregate size,the stress and strain of Asphalt pavement structure with same temperature and different thickness of ATB is calculated.Finally,the reasonable thickness of ATB lower crouse is recommended.
