协同观下的商业步行街中心节点空间设计研究

【摘要】 商业步行街作为商业建筑高度集聚的一种特殊商业空间,不仅是城市功能的重要组成部分,同时还承载着城市的历史文化以及容纳着大量的市民生活。随着城市大规模的开发,城市正逐渐趋于高密度化和巨构化,如何满足城市有限的土地资源下保持商业步行街可识别性乃至步行特色正变着愈加重要。中心节点空间作为商业步行街功能结构的“锚固点”和空间的控制点,它与线性空间一起决定着商业步行街群组空间的骨架、形态和功能布局。也因为中心节点空间作为商业步行街具有“战略上的意义”的节点,使其成为了关联商业步行街与城市发展的重要纽带。论文从相关系统理论出发,结合具体分析,建立中心节点空间协同设计的设计逻辑。本文共分有七个章节,依次从概念界定——观点提出——特征解析——设计逻辑——应用解析——发展途径以及总结等七个方面逐步论述。同时为了使论文的内容更有针对性,在不同的章节篇幅上进行了调整,建立绪论、立论、方法论和结论的写作逻辑:第一章绪论从现象及问题引出中心节点空间的设计研究对于高密度下商业步行街空间组织、特色塑造及空间认知的意义所在,接着阐释本文述及研究对象的界定,提出研究的框架。第二章主要提出“中心空间组织群组建筑”和“作为群组建筑的商业步行街”这两个基本观点,为中心节点空间的解析及方法研究提供基本思路,着重分析了群组空间的中心性的客观性及其必然性。将“群组建筑”这一概念引入对商业步行街的空间思考,阐释作为群组建筑的商业步行街在空间组织上所具有的特性。同时结合这一分析,将商业步行街的中心节点空间进行分类,并归纳特征。第三章是承接第二章的中心节点空间的类别,详细解析其在“城市层面”、“街道层面”、“节点层面”所具有的关联性特征。同时作为承上启下的一个章节,联系第二章的中心节点空间作为群组建筑的“生长点”这一论述,综合实际调研结果,解析中心节点空间在不同商业步行街的空间架构下所具有的特点及其关联,为后面设计逻辑的建立提供逻辑依据。第四章是本文的重点论述章节,通过对协同学理论及相关理论的消化吸收,结合前面章节对中心节点空间的具体解析,提出通过协同设计来引导中心节点空间的建立,形成具有整体特色的商业步行街。同时,也回应了第二章所提出的“中心空间组织群组建筑”的观点。本章的协同观的建立分别从(1)协同设计的目标确定;(2)协同设计的原则建立;(3)协同关系的构成等三个方面逐步推导,并形成前后关联的设计逻辑。第五章是在第四章设计逻辑的基础之上,分别从中心节点空间的整体性建立、延续性表达和特征性塑造三个要点分体系的进行方法总结,并运用丰富的国内外建成案例进行方法解说。第六章是结合工程实践,解析中心节点空间的协同设计逻辑和设计方法的应用过程。同时根据商业步行街的发展趋势,立足当下展望未来,强调商业步行街中心节点空间对积极融入城市化进程的发展途径。第七章是本文的总结部分。

【Abstract】 Pedestrian street as the high concentration of commercial buildings and a special commercial space, is not only an important component of urban functions, but also carrying the city’s history and culture as well as to accommodate a large number of people’s lives. With large-scale urban development, cities are becoming more and more high density and the giant structure. How to coordinate our city with limited land resources to maintain commercial pedestrian street walking characteristics are more important and changing. Central node of space as a commercial pedestrian street functional structure of the "anchor point" and space control points, which decide together with the linear space of a commercial pedestrian street in the framework of space group, form and function layout. Because the central node of space as a commercial pedestrian street with the "strategic significance" of the nodes, making it a commercial pedestrian street of association an important link with the urban development. In this paper, relevant systems theory, with specific analysis, the design of collaborative design logic. Paper is divided into about seven sections:The first chapter raises from the phenomenon and the problems of the central node design space for high-density commercial pedestrian streets in shaping the spatial organization and the significance of features, then explain the definition of subjects discussed herein, the proposed study framework.The second chapter that "center space organization group building" and "as a group of commercial pedestrian street construction" of these two basic views, the space for the central node and method of analysis provide the basic ideas. Analyzes the centrality of space and the necessity of objectivity, the "group building" to introduce the concept of space for commercial pedestrian street thinking, interpretation of the building as a group commercial pedestrian street in the space has the characteristics of the organization. Combined with this analysis, the commercial pedestrian street of the central node for classification, and inductive characteristics.The third chapter is Chapter II of the central node to undertake the type of space, detailed analysis of its "city level", "street level", "node level" of the characteristics associated with. At the same time, also responded to the second chapter’s "center space organization group building" perspective. The establishment of collaborative concept in this chapter are from (1) targeting of collaborative design; (2) to establish the principle of collaborative design; (3) synergy between the three aspects of the composition is derived step by step, and before and after the formation of the associated design logic.ChapterⅣis based on logic design, respectively, with the central node of space to establish the integrity, continuity and characteristic expression of the three elements shape the way sub-system for total and completed at home and abroad using a rich case methodological explanation.ChapterⅥis a combination of engineering practice, the analytical center node space design method of collaborative design logic and the application process. Commercial pedestrian street under both the development trend of the future based on the present, emphasizing the central node commercial pedestrian street space on the positive development of the urbanization process integration approach.ChapterⅦis the conclusion of this article.
