新型旋叶式压缩机特性预测模型研究

【摘要】 随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,汽车空调系统也越来越受到了重视。制冷压缩机作为汽车空调的核心同时得到了飞速的发展。旋叶式压缩机具有结构简单、体积小、维修方便、动力平衡性好等优点在压缩机市场具有极大的潜力。本文在以往的对旋叶式压缩机研究的基础上,对旋叶式压缩机做了进一步的研究。主要有以下几方面:1、具有普遍适用性的旋叶式压缩机叶片头部型线;通过对叶片头部型线深入的研究,创造性的提出一种具有普遍应用性的叶片头部型线,适用于任何的旋叶式压缩机气缸型线。具有均匀磨损、易于制造以及良好的润滑、密封性等优点。2、建立旋叶式压缩机的压缩气体状态模型同时对排气量模型进行深入研究;通过对旋叶式压缩机工作过程中基元的变化,及气体的性质对压缩气体的压力做了深入的探讨,同时对油气两相泄漏做了深入的研究,在此基础上建立了排气量模型。3、建立旋叶式压缩机的运动学、动力学模型以及功率效率模型;通过以叶片圆心的轨迹作为气缸型线的替代,省略了对叶片头部型线与气缸内壁接触点的复杂求解过程,根据运动学、动力学原理,对旋叶式压缩机叶片建立运动学动力学模型,大大简化了其复杂程度并且具有足够的准确度。同时对旋叶式压缩机的功率以及效率问题做了进一步的分析。4、开发计算机辅助设计系统。通过以上的数学模型,通过对其进行数值计算以及数据整理,整理之后的数据通过使用C++Builder6.0对其仿真,实现旋叶式压缩机的设计实现快速可视化,真正的做到设计、分析、制造一体化,大大的加快旋叶式压缩机的设计分析速度。

【Abstract】 With the development of automobile industry, automobile air conditioning system has been more and more important. The compressor as the heart of the automobile air conditioning system has also much rapid development.Rotary vane compressor has many advantages, such as simple frame, small size, convenient mend and excellent dynamical equilibrator etc, so rotary vane compressor has great potential in the compressor market. Base on the former study of the rotary vane compressor, some deep research carried on in this paper, mainly as the following aspects:1. Universal applicability of the head profile of the vane of the rotary vane compressor.With the deep research of the profile of the vane, a new profile of the vane with the universal applicability is created, which can use in all kinds of cylinder profile. The new profile of the vane is beneficial to uniform wear and tear, easy to manufacture.2. Establish the mathematic model of the gas state of the rotary vane compressor at the same time the displacement model is further researched.With the deep research on the change of eject volume of the rotary vane compressor and the nature of the compressed gas. Based on both the nature of the compressed gas, the eject volume and the oil and gas two phase leakage the displacement model has been established.3. Research on the kinematics, dynamics analysis of the rotary vane compressor and the power efficiency model.Used the center track of the profile of the vane instead of the cylinder profile, the complex solving process of the contact of vane and cylinder profile is omitted. According to the theory of kinematics and dynamics, the kinematic and dynamics model of the rotary vane compressor has established. The power efficiency model also has a deep research.4. Development of computer-aided design system.With the established mathematic model, first through the numerical data processing has done, and then the simulation of the mathematic model also has done by C++Builder6.0. To achieve the research of the rotary vane compressor became rapid design and visualization. It achieves the design, design, manufacturing integration, and it increase the speed of the design of the rotary vane compressor.
