航空发动机工装快速设计系统的信息模型研究

【摘要】 在航空发动机的制造过程中,需要大量的工装,这些工装在产品的研发周期中占有相当大的比重,提高工装设计效率,将会直接缩短产品开发周期。航空发动机工装设计中不仅涉及到大量的行业通用信息,如通用零部件模型信息、装配特征信息、工程信息等,而且还包含了航空发动机所特有的信息,如航空发动机叶片检测专用工具、专用工装设计工具等。本文面向航空发动机工装快速设计系统,针对航空发动机典型工装,建立了航空发动机工装信息模型。本文的主要工作概述如下:(1)通过研究信息模型的设计方法,建立了航空发动机工装设计信息模型。对航空发动机工装设计信息模型的设计原则、命名原则及参数化建模原则进行了研究,分析了信息模型中的具体信息内容,对信息模型中底层数据库进行了详细设计。(2)针对航空发动机工装设计,研究了基于航空发动机工装设计信息模型的编码体系,设计了一套面向航空发动机工装快速设计系统的信息模型编码体系。(3)基于航空发动机工装设计信息模型,研究了工装快速设计系统信息模型的实现和使用,通过人性化的人机信息交互界面,实现了工装设计快速装配设计。

【Abstract】 In manufacturing process of the aero-engines, there are a lot of tooling, i.e. the technology equipment, which includes a variety of tools required. The tooling occupies a large proportion of the product development cycle, and the improvement of the tooling design efficiency will directly reduce the product development cycle.There is not only a great deal of common information in designing of aero-engine tooling which includes common model of parts components,assembly feature information, project information and so on, but also specific information in aero-engines, such as the special tooling for detecting aero-engine blades, and other special design tools.In this thesis, the information model has been built, which is based on the rapid tooling design system and the typical tooling of aero-engine.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1) The information model for aero-engine tooling design is built by studying on the design method of information model. The design principle, naming principle and parametric modeling principle of the information model for aero-engine tooling design are studied. The details in the information model are analyzed and the underlying database is designed.(2) In connection with the aero-engine tooling design, the coding system based on the information model for aero-engine tooling design is studied, and a coding system of rapid tooling design for aero-engine is developed.(3) Implementation and application are studied based on the information model for aero-engine tooling design, and a rapid assembly tooling design of tooling design is achieved by developing a user-friendly interface.
