地面驱动螺杆泵工况诊断技术研究

【摘要】 螺杆泵是一种旋转容积泵。作为一种新兴的人工举升方式,它具有结构简单、流量均匀、扰动小、携带能力强等优点,特别适宜于高含砂量、高粘度和高含气量原油的举升。在油田开采中,发挥着巨大的作用。随着螺杆泵的应用规模不断扩大,抽油杆柱断裂、管漏、蜡堵等故障出现次数增多,对现场工况诊断的要求也越来越高。本文对地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统各部分的组成和工作原理做了简单介绍。系统分析了地面驱动螺杆泵工况诊断系统的组成和工作原理。对抽油杆柱进行受力分析,给出了计算模型和振动模型。总结了地面驱动螺杆泵采油井可能出现的故障类型,以及不同故障时,各参数的变化情况。最后应用模糊综合诊断法建立判断矩阵,对现场数据进行故障诊断,并对21口螺杆泵采油井的现场测量数据做了振动分析。

【Abstract】 The progressive cavity pump is a kind of rotary displacement pump. As a new kind of artificial lifting way, it has many advantages. The structure is simple; the flow is well-distributed; the disturbance is small; the carry capacity is strong. It has so many advantages that it is well used in lifting the crude oil with high sand content, high air content or high viscosity. In recent years, the progressive cavity pumps play important roles in the oilfield exploitation. With the apply scale expanding, there are more faults happen. There are several fault types: sucker rod broken、oil leaked from pipes、paraffin blockage and some other faults. The working site requests for a higher working condition diagnosis.This thesis introduces the basic working principles and the component parts of the surface-droved progressive cavity pump oil production system. It also analyses the construction and the principle of the surface-droved PCP working condition diagnosis system. The paper makes the rod string force analysis. It also gives the calculation models and the vibration models. It summarizes the fault types and the parameter changes in different fault situations. In the end, it uses the fuzzy comprehensive diagnosis theory to build the judgement matrix for the field data analysis and makes a vibration analysis for the 21 screw pump wells.
