【摘要】 上海环球金融中心新建工程101层，高492m，是世界最高的建筑之一，其施工技术、建筑质量均需达到世界先进水平。本工程造型独特，变截面多，建筑物垂直偏差控制极为重要。本工程大体积混凝土的施工组织与管理、混凝土的防裂控制措施，对保证工程质量和进度至关重要。塔楼顶部月亮门结构新颖、复杂，安装控制要求高，超高空作业必须有特殊的安全防护措施。该工程设置两台大型内爬式塔吊，工作期间共需爬升32次，工作量大，难度高，且要在高空拆除，必须有严密的安全保障措施。混凝土结构爬模技术是混凝土核心筒结构施工关键技术，直接影响筒体施工速度和质量。巨型柱、巨型斜撑内浇筑大流态混凝土也是保证本工程总体施工质量的一个重点。通过科学的组织管理，选用先进的施工技术，整个工程的施工过程顺利而有序。在保证施工进度的同时建立健全质量监督与管理体系，通过严格的管理与控制，使得施工质量得到保证。通过对上海环球金融中心施工管理与施工技术的研究探讨，研究成果与施工经验望能够对类似工程的施工提供帮助与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shanghai World Financial Center Project is one of most high builing in the world,which have 101 level and 492 meter high. The structure of project is special and itssection is not uniform, so vertical control is very important. The mass concrete isanother important part in the project, and its crack will be limit in the constrction. Dueto the height of struction, some construction will be in the very height level and itssafety will be the first thing in the whole processing. The climing form will be 32times, and huge work, high difficult need strong management.By scientific management and adopt advanced technology, the main process willbe successful. On the condition, with the strict management on quality of constructionhave been insured.By research of key construction technology and management in Shanghai WorldFinancial Center Project, the result and experience may be helpful for the similarproject.更多还原
