旧建筑材料再利用技术研究

【摘要】 在我国当前城市化进程中,大量建筑物被拆除;而旧建筑材料的循环利用率或再利用率很低,相关研究更显缺乏,造成资源、能源浪费和环境污染,不符合可持续发展原则。本文以循环经济为背景,力求建立一套旧材料再利用的方法技术体系,达到保护生态、节约资源、降低能耗、促进发展的目的。本文首先分析了建筑生命周期循环系统,列举国内外循环利用的政策法规、发展历程和相关研究;并提出了生命周期评价、案例归纳分析、系统建模和系统经济分析等研究方法。其次,旧材料再利用的研究在三个方面展开:1)回顾循环经济的产生、发展和研究现状;论述我国传统建筑在结构体系、模数制度、材料搭配等方面的优势和节俭朴素的传统思想;归纳国内外目前旧材料再利用的典型案例,分析其思想、经济、美学等因素。2)相关技术包括建筑拆除技术、材料检测技术、材料加工技术和再利用设计方法;各项技术紧密联系,其中选择性建筑拆解是技术体系中的难点。3)以中国建筑存量模型为工具,预测未来我国建筑拆除量及产生的旧材料宏观经济价值;强调自然资本的重要意义,提出广义商品价值的概念;而且,旧材料承载时代的历史信息,具有特殊的社会价值。文章最后,对旧材料再利用未来的研究方向及产业化道路提出了设想。通过本文的论述,首次对国内旧材料再利用课题进行了专项研究,是建筑可持续发展研究中的补充,旨在引起社会的高度重视。建筑生命周期循环系统的建立,扩展了建筑生命周期方法,并从系统动力学角度揭示了建筑要素运转的规律,为日后的深入研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 In our current urbanization, hundreds of buildings were demolished. The rate of reuse-recycling building materials was very low because of lack of the related studies. It is becoming more apparent that the demolition is disserving the natural resources and energy, and can not be sustained, either economically or environmentally. This paper established a strategy system of reuse-recycling of building materials based on the circle economy as the aim was to protect the environment, to save natural resources, to reduce energy consuming and to accelerate urban development.The study firstly analysed building system of life cycle assessment and enumerated the policy, the course and the related studies. Building components reuse studies applied several methodologies, included life cycle assessment, model induction, economic system analysis, etc.Then the paper presented three aspects of the technology of components reuse:1) During bibliography data collection and analysis we have had a general overview about the important function of circle economy and a series of representative cases in our coutry and foreign countries.2) The technology system was composed of selective deconstruction for reuse-recyling, examination and treatment of used materials, and design methods. Above all, deconstruction is the most difficulty part.3) The economic and social value of reuse system were quantified which used the Chinese building block in a life cycle perspective.In order to reduce the environmental impacts within the building sector, an understanding of reuse-recycling of building materials should be needed.Although there were so many advantages that reuse of building materials, it was received inadequate recognition and support of the government interiorly. The significance of this paper is attaching importance to reuse of building materials which will redound to sustainable society. Furthermore, this paper brings suggestions to future architecture design through the studies of building deconstruction.
