PDC钻头三维设计软件的研究与设计

【摘要】 自PDC钻头上世纪八十年代问世以来,因具有平均机械钻速高、进尺多、寿命长等特点,已逐渐成为石油、天然气工业广泛推广应用的一种高效破岩工具,随着人们对新一代PDC钻头认识的不断深入,它的生产技术也不断提高,使用量逐年增加。本文在对PDC钻头设计技术进行调研,对PDC钻头进行结构分析的基础上,通过PDC钻头几何学、动力学研究,提出了PDC钻头三维造型的计算方法和PDC钻头三维系统的设计方法;在对Proe等三维设计软件调研的基础上,运用Pro/ENGINEER的应用程序接口(API)ProTOOLKIT,定制标准的Pro/ENGINEER用户界面,自动执行重复性的程序,通过Pro/ENGINEER集成的内部程序(Dll)或外部应用程序(Exe),提供自定义的应用程序、设计规划和绘图自动化,从而完成了PDC钻头三维系统的设计,利用这个系统,我们可以在计算机屏幕上进行PDC钻头的设计,运用产品建模技术,将我们经过创造性思维构成的PDC钻头模型在计算机上显示出来,然后直接生成产品三维的图形。将来,还可以应用现代仿真模拟技术对钻头的功能、井底运转特性进行动态模拟,通过人机对话对三维图形进行实时的修改处理,实现PDC钻头的边设计、边试验、边修改的新型的设计方法,在整个钻头的设计过程中,就可以全面考虑钻头的可制造性、PDC切削齿的可装配性、经济性和钻头钻进过程中对周围环境的影响等因素,保证了钻头设计与生产的一次成功率。本文提出的三维设计系统是整个钻头数字化系统和未来的性能模拟、数控加工及实现柔性加工的必备基础。也为PDC钻头的数字化加工打下基础。在本文的最后一章,还简要介绍了运用本文提供的系统设计钻头的情况,以及进行的现场试验及其结果。

【Abstract】 PDC bits has emergence since the eighties of last century. Because it has high rate of penetration and long life, it was wide application as a highly efficient tool in the oil and gas industry. With the understanding of the new PDC bits was deeper. Its production technology is also rising and the usage amount increasing each year.This thesis researched PDC bits design, has analyzed PDC bits structural. Then through the PDC bits geometry and dynamics established three-dimensional mode and design method of PDC bits. based on the use of Pro/ENGINEER application programming interface (API) ProTOOLKIT, customize the standard Pro / ENGINEER user interface, automate repetitive procedures, through the Pro / ENGINEER integration of the internal procedures (Dll) or external application (Exe), provides custom applications, design and planning and drawing automation, thus completing the three-dimensional system and PDC drill bit design. Because the use of this system. we can design PDC drill bits by the computer. Our creative thinking can displayed on the computer through the PDC bit model, and then directly generate three-dimensional graphics products. In the future, the system also can application for modern simulation technology on the function of the bit, through human-machine dialogue made three-dimensional graphics in real-time changes to processing, So in the whole design process, PDC bit could edge design, test side.The three-dimensional design system proposed by this thesis is the necessary base for bit digital system and future performance modeling, CNC machining and processing of. In the last chapter also briefly describes the PDC bit designed by this system, provided the use of this drill bit, as well as on-site testing and results.
