船舶主流CAD软件特性分析与数据交换研究

【摘要】 当前,随着“数字化造船”的理念日益深入人心,CAD软件在船舶设计建造领域的应用也愈加广泛。其中,CADDS5作为一种平台设计软件,依靠数据库开放性强和图形文件独立且基于路径管理的特点,在军船设计方面的优势正逐步体现;Tribon则是一种专门用于船舶生产制造的模块化非平台设计软件,专业针对性强,在民船设计方面优势巨大。为了满足不同的需求,船舶设计单位与生产单位之间一般会运用多种不同的CAD软件,内部模型和解决方案都存在着一定的差异。为提高船舶设计和建造的质量,必须努力实现不同软件间的数据交换和共享。本文基于“船舶数字化智能设计系统”,以船体模型数据为研究对象,首先对CADDS5和Tribon软件系统的二次开发工具及所支持的数据接口进行了分析。同时,通过对目前各种CAD系统数据信息交换技术的对比,以及对船体模型数据在软件系统内部的组织结构形式和操作调用流程的研究,提出了基于专用格式文件的数据交换基本框架。在上述理论和方法的基础上,借助CADDS5软件的CVMAC、CV-DORS与Tribon软件的Vitesse、DataExtraction等二次开发工具,运用C#编程及外部添加Html页面,设计了包含数据提取、中间转换、模型重构三个模块接口的数据交换系统,成功实现了船体模型数据在两软件系统间的交换过程,并给出应用实例验证了其可行性,为船舶主流CAD软件间的数据交换提供了一种手段。

【Abstract】 At the present time, with the idea of digitized shipbuilding growing in popularity, CAD software is even more widely used in the fields of ship design and construction. CADDS5 system, which as a platform design software, has a huge advantage in the design of military vessels relying on the features of open database and independent path-based graphic files. While Tribon system, is a non-platform design software specialized in the design and modular manufacturing of civilian vessels. In order to meet different needs, the ship design institutes and production companies will normally use different CAD software, which have the big differences in models and solutions. To improve the quality of ship design and construction, the data transformation and sharing of principal ship CAD software must be achieved.Based on Knowledge-based Ship-design Hyper-Integrated Platform, this dissertation takes hull model data for the subject investigated. Firstly, the secondary development tools and data interfaces of CADDS5 and Tribon are analyzed. Meanwhile, through the comparison of the CAD system data information exchange technologies in existence and the research of the organizational structure forms and operation flows of hull model data within software system, a new basic framework of data exchange system is put forward based on special format file.To utilize the secondary development tools of CADDS5 and Tribon, as well as C# programming and exterior Html page, a data transformation system which includes data extraction、intermediate conversion and model reconstruction module interfaces is developed based on the previous theories and methods. The system realized the hull model data transformation of two software, and can contribute to data transformation of other CAD software, even further application in CAD/CAE integration.
