箱筒型基础栈桥结构稳定性研究

【摘要】 箱筒型基础结构作为一种新型港口、海洋工程结构,虽然已在天津港防波堤等工程中采用,但其设计计算方法尚无规范或标准可循,相关研究成果也比较少。目前滩海路岛工程建设,存在着设计、施工难度大,建设周期长等问题,迫切需要进行设计建造的标准化研究,以满足滩海油田快速、高效开发的需要。本文结合埕海油田张东开发区海工工程的工程背景,运用有限元软件PLAXIS对箱筒型基础栈桥的受力进行了研究,总结出能指导工程设计施工的计算方法,具有一定的实用价值。首先,本文基于大型岩土工程有限元软件PLAXIS,对埕海油田张东开发区海工工程进行了工程尺度模拟。并在不同工况条件下对筒侧土压力、筒底地基应力进行了分析,得出箱筒型基础结构栈桥稳定性的失稳破坏机制。其次,针对软土地质条件和未来栈桥结构向深水深海发展的趋势,探讨了极限承载力随第一层土厚度、第二层土体参数、箱筒的直径、箱筒的入土深度变化的规律。最后,编写FORTRAN程序提取各种力与工程界易于接受的算法比较。修正经典算法,使之能适用于箱筒型基础栈桥结构和软土地质。本文为总结出能指导工程设计施工的计算方法进行了深入的研究和大量的计算。通过埕海油田张东开发区海工工程栈桥工程的工程实例验证,这套简化算法具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 As a new type of port and ocean engineering structure, structure of box and bucket foundation was used in breakwater of Tianjin harbor, but there is no standard or criterion for design and related research results are also less. Nowadays, build of structure of offshore road-island has problems in design, construction difficult, long construction period and other issues. And it needs study of standard of design and construction to satisfy rapid, efficient development of offshore oilfield. This paper, with the engineer in Chenghai oilfield Zhangdong development zone as the engineering background, using FEM program PLAXIS to study the forces of trestle structure of box and bucket foundation, conclude method that can guide construction design and worthful.Firstly, this paper using geotechnical engineering FEM program PLAXIS to simulate physical size model of the engineer in Chenghai oilfield. And in different work conditions analyze earth pressure on lateral cylinder and foundation stress under the structure to find the failure mechanism of stability of structure of box and bucket foundation.Secondly, for the weak geological soil condition and the future structure of the deep sea trestle trend, the influence on bearing capacity of thickness of first layer soil, soil parameter of second layer soil, diameter of the structure and embedded depth of structure are analyzed.Finally, write FORTRAN program to get force to compare with algorithm accepted in engineering. And modify it to apply in trestle structure of box and bucket foundation and the weak geological soil condition.This paper conclude algorithm to guide construction design by theoretical analysis and numerical computation. By testing with trestle structure in Chenghai oilfield Zhangdong development zone, this simplify algorithm is worthful.
