LNG全容型储罐温度—应力场分析

【摘要】 鉴于当今世界人口急剧增长,煤和石油等自然资源的过度开采,环保、高效的液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)日渐成为各国改善环境和维持经济可持续发展的最佳选择。LNG工业是新兴产业,在我国刚刚起步。目前国内外学者对低温LNG储罐研究还比较少,对储罐混凝土外罐壁的温度场和应力场研究就更少。为了适应LNG工业发展的形势,为我国自主设计LNG全容型储罐提供参考依据,本文主要做了如下工作:首先,借助于大型通用计算软件ANSYS的APDL语言,建立三维LNG全容型储罐的有限元模型。其次,计算分析了LNG全容型储罐在正常工作、不同冲注液位、不同环境温度、不同泄露液位下、保温层厚度变化、保温材料破损状态下LNG储罐混凝土外罐的温度场分布规律。最后,在上述温度场计算的基础上,研究分析了储罐外壁在不同工况下的应力场分布规律。
【Abstract】 With the rapid increase of the world population and the over-exploitation of coal, oil and other natural resources, the green and efficient utilization of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG) gradually becomes the ideal choice to improve the environment and keep the sustainable development of economic.The LNG industry is emerging in the world, and it has just started in china. At present there are only a few researches on the LNG tank, not to mention the ones on the analysis of temperature-stress field of the external tank. In order to meet the fast-developing situation of the LNG industry, this paper made the following work to provide a reference for our country own design of full containment LNG tanks:First of all, the three-dimensional FEM model of the full containment LNG tank by ANSYS, a sort of large-scale finite element analysis software, is established.Secondly, the temperature’s distributions of the external concrete wall of the LNG tank on normal conditions, under different buffer solution levels, at different temperatures and under different leak levels are analyzed.Finally, on the base of calculations of the temperature, the external concrete wall’s stress distributions on different conditions are studied.
