【摘要】 抽水蓄能电站是利用电力负荷低谷时的电能抽水至上水库,在电力负荷高峰期再放水至下水库发电的水电站。又称蓄能式水电站。它可将电网负荷低时的多余电能,转变为电网高峰时期的高价值电能,还适于调频、调相,稳定电力系统的周波和电压,且宜为事故备用,还可提高系统中火电站和核电站的效率。它的建设与发展,更加关系到电网安全稳定,关系到新能源能否大量吸收入网,关系到电源结构能否优化,关系到我国能否实现温室气体减排承诺等众多使命。本文从经济学和管理学两个角度出发,广泛收集资料,并查阅了有关国内外抽水蓄能电站和中小型企业履行社会责任的大量资料汇编、政策法规大全、报刊杂志等。采取实证分析和规范分析相结合,对比论证、列事实、摆依据,理论和实践相结合,引用分析等方法,研究中型抽水蓄能电站履行社会责任的问题。笔者认为:中型抽水蓄能电站应该自觉地履行社会责任,其履行社会责任最终结果是受益的是企业本身。应明确把社会责任理念落实到每项业务、每个流程和每位职工,大力推进社会责任管理,不断提升公司履行社会责任的系统化、制度化、规范化水平。广泛开展社会责任宣传和培训,全面加强责任文化建设,确保履行社会责任,追求可持续发展的意识深入人心,努力建立履行社会责任的长效机制。中型抽水蓄能电站的企业性质、使命和定位使然,也必须要求其主动履行好社会责任。其履行社会责任的过程就需要企业转变发展方式、实现资源的优化配置、协调推进企业与社会可持续发展的过程;同时,中型抽水蓄能电站履行社会责任,也是企业落实科学发展观、服务和谐社会建设、追求经济、社会和环境的综合效益、实现综合价值最大化的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pumped storage power station is the highest reservoir making use of the electric energy time electric load low point to pump water. And It is one plant in electric load peak-hour turns on the water again till going down reservoir electric power generation hydroelectric station. Its another name is an energy storage the dyadic hydroelectric station. The benefits(static and dynamic) and economic feasibility of the pumped storage power plant is being recognized all over the world. In fact Pumped storage power station has an important effect on safe, stable and economical operation of power grid. It can serve for synchronous spinning reserve, load following,frequency control and synchronous condenser operation. Its construction and development is related to safe stability of electrified wire netting, the new sources of energy being able entrance to be absorbed in large amount or not electrified wire netting, Whether power source structure can optimize or not.The article sets off from economics and administration, I had looked up large amount of data, For example , a lot of the Pumped storage power station, and Some newspapers and magazines information. I take empirical analysis and normative analysis issues of the corporate Social Responsibility. This paper firstly analyze the causes of Pumped storage power station perform their social responsibilities fall into dire strait s based on the connotation of Corporate Social Responsibility , then explore the advantages of Pumped storage power station perform social responsibility. Finally , prove Pumped storage power station undertaking social responsibility is beneficial to the sustainable development .We should be clear that the concept of social responsibility to each business to implement, every process and every employee. We should vigorously promote social responsibility management, And improve the company fulfill its social responsibility systematic, institutionalized, standardized level. We should carry out extensive publicity and training of social responsibility, Construction of overall strengthening of our culture of responsibility, Enjoying popular support of sustainable development awareness. Finally , we should effort to establish long-term mechanism to fulfill their social responsibility.I think the nature of its business, mission and positioning need Medium-sized Pumped storage power station to be performed social responsibility. The process of social responsibility required enterprises to change their mode of development, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, to Coordinate the promotion of business and social sustainable development process.
