太阳能电站中涡轮机的研究

【摘要】 本文的研究工作是内蒙自治区科技创新资金的一部分,主要研究的是太阳能热气流电站中的涡轮机部分,对其工作性能和基本参数进行初步设计和优化计算。首先对50KW的涡轮机进行了特性分析。针对100KW太阳能热气流电站系统,对涡轮机进行初步设计及整体研究,选出每种叶片数对应的最佳情况,再综合比较不同情况之间的优劣,从而选出对应于太阳能塔囱电站最实用的涡轮机。提出一套计算太阳能涡轮的计算方法,解决太阳能电站中涡轮机的设计问题。并分析了它的性能参数变化情况,而且还对结果进行了验证,证明了设计与研究方法的有效性。在对初步设计的涡轮机研究的基础上,针对涡轮机叶片自身的一些影响因素,如叶片数目、叶片型式、扭转角度和安装角度等方面,对其进行了一系列的研究,并对各种影响因素进行综合的分析。这为后续的涡轮机设计奠定了一定基础。在100KW太阳能热气流电站中涡轮机的研究基础上,对100MW的太阳能塔囱电站中的涡轮机又进行了初步设计。确定了32台涡轮机的基本数量,并环形布置在塔囱底部周围的设计方案,并对其中一台涡轮机进行了设计、研究工作,对其性能进行了分析和评价。本文的研究工作是为了提高太阳能热气流电站的能量转化效率,使其具有更高的优越性,从而加速太阳能电站的推广和使用。为大规模使用太阳能热气流发电提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The research is a part of scientific and technological innovation incentive funds in Inner Mongolia Region. The turbine in solar chimney power plant was studied, the basic parameters and their work performance has been designed and optimized.First the performance of the 50KW turbine has been analysised. For the 100KW solar chimney power plant system. The turbine’s preliminary design has been done and the overall study, selected the best situation corresponding to the number of leaves, and then gave a comparison between the pros and cons of different situations, and choose the most practical turbine for the solar tower power plant. The design of solar power station turbines has be solved. And analyzed the changes in its performance parameters. The results proved the effectiveness of the design and research methods. In the preliminary design of the turbines based on the turbine blades, some factors such as leaf numbers, leaf types, reverse angle and installation point was carried out and make a series of studies. And a variety of factors analysised. This design laid a certain foundation for the turbine study.Base on the turbines research in the 100kW solar chimney power plant, the 100MW solar power plant has conducted a preliminary turbine design. Identified 32 basic numbers of turbines and circular arrangement around the bottom of the tower, and one of the turbine was designed to study the work, its performance is analyzed and evaluated.The increase of the solar chimney power plant energy conversion efficiency has been solved, it has more advantages to accelerate the promotion and the use of solar energy power plant. Then the basis for the large-scale of the solar energy power plant has provided.
