挤出螺杆成型理论及其加工技术研究

【摘要】 挤出机以其独特的优点广泛应用于橡塑行业。随着挤出理论、挤出工艺的发展及对挤出材料认识的深入,出现了各种形式的异形挤出螺杆。目前国内众多螺杆制造企业加工工艺落后,螺杆加工主要采用普通车床、铣床配以专用成形刀具和简易数控机床为主,加工效率低,难以保证高精度、造型复杂的螺杆加工需要。同时螺杆设计大多停留在通用CAD绘图为主,难以适应企业发展的要求。开展螺杆设计方法、制造技术、工艺方法的研究,对挤出螺杆设计能力、加工水平及生产率的提高具有重要意义。本论文主要工作和研究成果如下:1、从螺旋面成型理论出发,建立了变导程、圆锥形等异形螺杆螺旋面廓形的数学模型,为异形挤出螺杆的设计和加工提供了依据。2、运用参数化原理,提出了异形挤出螺杆的参数化设计方法;利用SolidWorks实现了挤出螺杆参数化建模,达到了异形挤出螺杆的快速设计目的。3、运用螺旋面成型原理及单参数包络原理,分析了螺旋面的各种加工方法;研究了成型刀具正确理论廓型的设计方法,利用Matlab工具箱计算了盘形铣刀的截型;分析了同向平行双螺杆加工的关键工序并进行工艺过程设计。4、针对现有螺杆加工工艺的不足,提出了圆柱铣刀加工圆柱螺旋面的工艺新方法,建立了加工的数学模型,对该工艺产生的误差、可能的干涉现象及干涉条件进行了分析;通过该新型工艺与传统加工工艺的分析对比,验证了该工艺在加工效率方面的优势。5、运用包络成型原理和数控加工原理分析了异形螺杆的数控加工方法。
【Abstract】 Extruding machines are used widely in the rubber and plastics industry because of its special character. With rapid development of the extruding theory and extruding process, and with the deep understanding of extruding material, it occurs kinds of special shape extruding screws. At present, the machining process of the extrusion screws in domestic is behind,the main process of manufacturing extruding screw is by using gernerl lathe and milling machine with forming cutter-tools and by using simple numerical control machine. It is difficult to meet the needs of manufacturing high precision and complex modelling screws. Meanwhile, the method of design stays on by general CAD, it does not adapt to the needs of enterprise development . So, it has vital significance to enchance screws design capability、processing level and productivity by means of researching extruding screws design method、manufacture technology and machining process. The works and results of research in this paper is incarnated as follows:1、Setting up mathematical model of variable lead and conical surface alien extrusion screw Starting from forming theory of helical surface, it provides the basis of the design and machining process of alien extrusion screw.2、Putting forward the parametric design method of alien extrusion screw by using the parametric principle ; Realizing extrusion screw parametric modeling by using Solidworks and achieving the goal of rapid design of alien extrusion screw.3、By means of helical surface shaping theory and single parameter envelope theory , this paper analyses kinds of processing methods of helical surface by using forming cutter-tools. Meanwhile, milling tools shape is calculated by means of Matlab, and the key machining processes of parallel twin-screw are analysed, and its process planning is made.4、Thinking over existing shortcomings of present screw machining process, One new cylindrical screw surface machining process is proposed and its machining mathematical model is set up with milling cutter. This pape analyses machining error and intervene phenomenon of this new process . By compared with traditional processes, this new process has machining efficiency advantage. 5、Analysing CNC processing methods of alien extrusion screw by means of envelope shaping theory and CNC machining principle.
