中小学教师教育技术能力发展的研究

【摘要】 在推进教育信息化和促进教师专业化发展的大背景下,教育技术能力已经成为教师必备的基本素质。为了贯彻《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》,教育部启动了“全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设计划项目”。对中小学教师的教育技术能力培训也随之轰轰烈烈地进行着,由此可见让广大中小学教师尽快掌握和应用现代教育技术,提高承担基础教育重任的中小学教师教育技术能力是教育信息化建设的重要内容。另一方面,促进广大中小学教师不断提高现代教育技术能力,促进专业发展,也是新时期加强教师队伍建设,提高教师整体素质,全面推进素质教育的重要课题和紧迫任务。为此,清晰了解和认识中小学教师教育技术能力的发展过程以及在培训中遵循教师教育技术能力发展的规律,从而有效地提高和发展中小学教师教育技术能力的课题研究也就具有非常重要的积极意义。本文以兰州市城关区的中小学教师为研究对象,采用定量的研究方法,结合访谈,对中小学教师教育技术能力发展的过程、特点及影响因素进行研究并获得了大量的数据资料。本研究分析了中小学教师教育技术能力发展的阶段性,探讨了教师教育技术能力之间能力存在差异的原因,并构建了影响中小学教师教育技术能力发展因素模型图。在此基础上,尝试性的提出了发展中小学教师教育技术能力的一些策略和对策。全文共分七部分:第一部分绪论,简要地阐述了研究的选题背景、研究思路、研究目的、意义及方法及国内外相关研究的现状。第二部分,介绍了研究流程,研究对象,对研究实施过程以及问卷产生的思路和问卷框架进行了说明。第三部分,介绍了中小学教师教育技术能力发展的阶段和过程。指出中小学教师教育技术能力发展阶段为萌芽期、应用期、融合期、变革期,并分析了每一阶段教师教育技术培训的注意点。第四部分,分析了中小学教师教育技术能力发展差异存在的原因。第五部分,分析了中小学教师教育技术能力发展影响因素,并根据调查结果和相关文献构建了影响因素模型图。第六部分,根据影响因素模型图,提出了一些提高中小学教师教育技术能力的一些建议和对策,以其对促进中小学教师教育技术能力发展有所帮助。第七部分,对整个研究工作进行了总结,概况了研究的结论,指出了研究的不足及进一步研究的方向。对中小学教师教育技术能力发展的研究是一个不断探索实践的过程,其中需要研究的问题还很多,本文的研究只是管窥蠡测,希望这一领域的研究能够得到更多学者的关注。

【Abstract】 Under the background of information in promoting education and the promotion ofprofessional development of teachers,the ability of educational technology has become anindispensable basic quality of teachers. In order to implement“the standard of educationaltechnology capacity for primary and high teachers (for trial implementation)”,the Ministry ofEducation launched“the projects of the plan of construction of educational technology capacityfor primary and high teachers in our country”, and the training of the educational technologycapacity are doing in the wake of the project. It can be seen from this that teachers quickly graspand apply modern educational technology and improve education technical ability for them whobear the responsibility of basic education,which is important content in educationalinformatization construction.Besides,urging the majority of primary and high school teachers to upgrade their capabilitiesof applying modern information technology and promoting professional development is theimportant subject and urgent task for strengthening the teacher-building of the new period,improving the overall quality of teachers, furthering the comprehensive promotion of qualityeducation. So it is very important to understand and knowledge clearly the development process ofprimary and high school teacher’s eductaional technology ability and to follow the law of theteacher’s education of technological capability development, which target to the effectivelyimprove and develop the study of primary and high school teacher’s education in technicalcapacity-building.This paper takes teachers in primary and high school at Chenguan district of Lanzhou city asresearch subjects,it adopted quantity research method combined with interview to study theprocess,the characteristics and the impact factors in the development of educational technique’scompetence.so we gained a great deal of data.This study analyze the stages of primary and high school teacher’s eductaional technologyability. explored the technical capacity of teacher education reasons for the differences between theabilities. And builded the capacity of primary and secondary teachers in educational technologydevelopment factor model diagram.based on the research,this paper attempts to give suggesion andstratey to improve teacher educational technology ability.The paper includes seven chapters:The first part is introduction.the chapter briefly expatiate upon researching academicbackground,researching ideas,researching purposes,significance and approaches of the researchand the domestic and international research about the subject.The second part makes instrution of research process,research object,research implementprocess,consideration of questionnaire and questionnaire framework.The third part describes stage and processes of the development of the primary and highschool teacher’education technology ability. Pointed out that development phase in the primaryand high school teachers’ education technology ability are embryonic period, application period,integration period and reform period, analyzed attention points in each stage of teacher’educationtechnical training .The fourth part analyzes the exist reasons in the primary and high school teachers’ability gap.The fifth part analyzes the factors which influence the development of teachers’competence,based on the survey results and related literature built model diagram of factors. The sixth part, according to the model diagram of factors, some improved educationtechnology capacity of some recommendations and strategies were raised to promote it on teachereducation and technical skills development.The last part summarizes the researching work and generalizes the conclusion of theresearch.besides these,the author also indicates the weak points of the research and points out thedirection of further research.The study of the development in the primary and high school teachers’education technologyability is a continuous process of exploration and practice,it also need to study many issues,thispaper is only the beginning and hopes that the research in the field of acadmics can get moreattention.
