【摘要】 本文提出的SaaS-II的软件服务运作及盈利模式主要适用于中小企业,SaaS-II能够满足缺少大型IT部门、或者是没有足够的费用聘请IT技术专家的中小企业在企业信息化上的需求。SaaS-II是一种新的软件发布模式,它的核心理念是将软件作为一种服务的形式发布,用户通过服务商的网站在线试用,在确定符合自己的需求的基础上,在线租用并通过上网来使用服务。SaaS-II模式使得软件的最终用户不必再负担基础结构、应用程序管理、监控、维护和灾难恢复等问题的成本,从而获得中小企业的欢迎。SaaS-II作为一个新兴起的事物,要被人们接受还需要一定的时间,但是,从它的特点来看,SaaS-II会有很好的发展前景。本文提出的SaaS-II的软件服务运作及盈利模式在SaaS模式的基础上,对参与成员进行了优化,引入了SLA对服务运营商的服务质量进行保证;同时,对SaaS-II的软件服务模式价值链上各个参与方所承担的成本和收益进行分析,既保证了各参与方的利益,又实现了对用户高质量的服务。SaaS-II的软件服务运作模式,分析了SaaS-II的软件服务运作模式所处的生态系统,找出了SaaS-II的软件服务运作模式产生的因素,并对SaaS-II的软件服务模式中的企业自身在价值链中的进行定位,明确企业在纵向产业价值链中与上下游企业的合作关系。分析了SaaS-II的软件服务盈利模式,通过分析SaaS-II的软件服务模式价值链上各个参与方所承担的成本和收益,维护软件服务运营商所在的产业价值链的完整性,确保其他合作者的利益,以期实现企业长久、健康的发展。提出了SaaS-II的软件服务模式评估,在服务科学SSME的理论框架下,分析了SaaS-II的软件服务的SLA服务特征和包含内容,定义与描述了SaaS-II的软件服务QoS参数。在此基础上描述了SaaS-II的软件服务的SLA提供流程与开展SLA服务的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 SaaS-II is a new pattern to release the software. The core of this pattern is hosting the software as services. Tenants could take an experience through the provider’s website,buy these services and use them online if they could meet the users’needs. This pattern make the users do not need focus on the system infrastructure,application management,monitoring,maintaining and disaster come back. Thereby it was welcomed.Recently software as a service is still a new thing and has along time accepted by the users. But it still has a great potential as its characteristics.This thesis proposes operation and profit mode of SaaS-II software service, optimizes participating members of the, introduces SLA to assurance the service operator’s service quality. At the same time, analyses all participants undertaked the costs and benefits of software service model of SaaS-II value chain, not only permits the interests of various participants, but also achieves high-quality services to users.This thesis proposes operation mode of SaaS-II software service, analyses the ecological system in operation mode of SaaS-II software service, identifies the produced factors of operation mode of SaaS-II software service, locates company in operation mode of SaaS-II software service, clears the enterprise and the co-operation between upstream and downstream businesses.This thesis analyses profit model of SaaS-II software services, analyses all participants undertaked the costs and benefits of software service model of SaaS-II value chain, ensures the maintenance of business where the integrity of the industry value chain, and ensures that the interests of other partners in order to achieve corporate long-term, healthy development.This thesis proposes assessment model of SaaS-II software service, in the service of science SSME theoretical framework, analyses features and content of SaaS-II SLA services, delimits and describes QoS parameters of SaaS-II software service.更多还原
