顾北矿复杂采场矿压显现特征及围岩控制技术研究

【摘要】 针对淮浙煤电公司顾北矿1242(3)工作面受到多个工作面采动影响这一复杂开采条件,本文在现场实测、理论分析的基础上,借助计算机数值模拟等手段,深入系统的研究了该工作面矿压显现特征、采场围岩破坏机理及其控制技术。首先通过现场观察和对工作面支架实测工作阻力及其分布区间进行分析,得出了工作面来压步距和超前支承压力分布范围等矿压显现规律、支架-围岩关系及支架适应性。接着运用计算机数值模拟分别研究了1242(3)工作面在单独开采和受多工作面采动影响下开采这两种条件下,工作面垂直位移、塑性区范围及高度情况,并加以比较,结果发现这三个量后者均比前者明显增大。这也是工作面围岩极其破碎,开采过程中片帮冒顶严重的原因所在。再者通过建立多个力学模型,并对其进行受力分析、建立力学方程,利用力学方程分别研究了支架在周期来压期间所受的力及其影响因素、工作面冒顶机理、超前支承压力的影响范围及其影响因素及工作面煤壁片帮深度的确定。最后综合上述研究结果,得出了1242(3)工作面复杂采场围岩破坏机理及其影响因素,并提出了相应的控制技术措施,为工作面安全生产提供了理论依据和技术指导,并为该矿区同类煤层开采积累了经验。图78表14参55
【Abstract】 1242(3) face being influenced by many mining faces during coal mining operation was analyzed in Gubei Coal Mine Of Huaizhe Coal & Electric Co. Ltd.The association method of actual measurement, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was used to analyse and research ground behaviour face, surrouding rock destruction reasons and controling techniques. The thesis firstly reviewed and analyzed distribution area of face support resistance,was analyzed step distance of working face pressure,abutment pressure distribution of roadway, the relation between supports and surrounding strata and adaptability of support. Secondly using numerical simulation, analysis was made on under the conditions of both the sole mining and many mining faces, comparing with The working face of vertical displacement,displacement and height. The results showed of the three quantities the latter is better than the former remarkably. In mining process being caused surrounding rock fragmentation, wall caving and roof fall. In addition,based on using multiple mechanical model researched on characteristic of support load during the periodic pressure of working face, roof fall mechanism, the influence circle of abutment pressure affecting factors, estimates the reasonable depth of the working coal face wall caving. In conclusion, It is conclude that surrounding strata destruction mechnism as well as their influence factors were ana-lyzed in 1242 (3) face and proposed on some the corresponding modification measures, can offer scientific evidence and technique guide fort he Mine safety, and also for simila rcoal seam accumulated some actual experiences.
