全自动莲子开边机的设计

【摘要】 莲子开边是莲子初加工的一个重要环节,传统的手工开边和半自动开边方式,存在劳动强度大、生产效率低和操作不安全等问题,已经不能适应莲子规模化生产的需要。为了满足高效优质开边要求,本学位论文以全自动莲子开边机为研究对象,在查阅了国内外莲子开边技术研究现状与发展动态的基础上,展开了开边力的计算、开边过程有限元分析、开边方案和机构设计、自动定心技术研究、虚拟样机的设计与装配、运动仿真分析等方面的研究。论文完成的主要工作如下:(1)测定了莲子的几何参数和分型面面积,建立了开边过程的力学模型,推导了开边力的计算公式,并用实验方法验证了开边力的理论计算公式;应用有限元分析工具ANSYS软件对莲子的开边过程进行了数值模拟。(2)根据莲子的开边要求及实验测得的开边力,提出了全自动莲子开边机的设计方案,实现莲子开边的自动下料、送料、开边、回退和出料等机械动作,满足自动化生产要求。(3)基于莲子的几何特征,采用特形滚子链与弧面分度凸轮组合传动机构,实现莲子在开边过程中的自动定心,保证开边位置莲子轴线与顶针轴线同轴。(4)设计了全自动莲子开边机的输送机构、凸轮机构、开边机构、下料机构等相关机构;完成了凸轮机构运动循环图的匹配设计,保证开边过程各机械动作的协调性。(5)基于UG软件,建立了弧面分度凸轮、平面凸轮、开边机构等相关零部件的三维模型,并进行了虚拟装配;创建了全自动莲子开边机的虚拟样机,并对其进行运动仿真分析,得到了位移、速度与加速度规律,为正确评价莲子机性能提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Lotus seeds splitting is an important link of lotus seed preliminary working, the traditional manual split and semi-automatic splitting way, existing labor intensity, low efficiency and production of high risk, which has been already unable to adapt to the need of lotus large-scale production. In order to meet the high quality requirement, as the research object of lotus automatic machine of lotus seed’s splitting, this paper on the basis of consulting the lotus development status and dynamic related at home and abroad,have researched the calculation of splitting force, analysed the splitted processing and numerical simulation of finite element, solutions of splitting, mechanism of design, self-centering technology research, and virtual prototype design and assembly, motion simulation analysis research.This paper mainly expound as follows:(1) surveyed the lotus geometric parameters and parting surface area. established a mechanical model, calculated formula of splitting force, verified the splitting force of theoretical formulas by experimental; simulated the splitting process with ANSYS software of a finite element analysis tools.(2) according to the requirements of lotus splitting and the splitting force measured by experiment, put forward the design schemer of Automatic Machine of Lotus Seed’s Splitting , realize the mechanical action like automatic blanking, feeding, splitting, back and discharging, etc. It can satisfy the automation requirements.(3) Based on the geometric feature size of lotus , combine the special form roller chain and globular indexing CAM, to realize the self-centering, ensure lotus axis on splitting position and thimble axis coaxial.(4) have designed the transportation agency, CAM agency, splitting institutions, next makings institutions and other related agencies; Completed the CAM motion circulation chart matching design, guarantee each action coordination in the splitting process.(5) based on UG software ,have created indexing CAM, plane CAM, splitting institutions and other related parts, conducted the virtual assembly of 3d model; Create the virtual prototype of Automatic Machine of Lotus Seed’s Splitting, and carries the motion simulation analysis, get the displacement, velocity and acceleration rule, provides reference for correct evaluation the performance of machine.
