【摘要】 随着我国大规模客运专线的开工建设,如何确保客运专线的施工质量摆在第一位。本文根据作者参与的武广客运专线铁路项目为背景,深入分析和研究了客运专线的施工组织及技术管理,通过对对武广客运专线施工组织的思考与总结,可以为今后的客运专线项目建设提供可借鉴的经验。首先,本文对武广客运专线V标的施工组织进行了总结与研究,对高速铁路的工期与施工资源配置之间的关系进行了总结,揭示二者的关系,为今后客运专线的施工提供了参考依据。其次,本文重点讨论了武广客运专线V标的施工管理及客运专线的关键技术。包括项目进度管理、主要施工技术方案、工期目标及保证措施、安全质量目标及保证措施、水环保及职业健康措施、劳动力组织、主要设备配置、主材供应、文明施工及文物保护等关键技术和施工组织管理。再次,本文还客运专线的新技术、新工艺进行了介绍。最后,本文也总出了客运专线施工中的经验。通过本文的研究,试图给类似的客运专线项目管理提供施工组织和技术管理等方面的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the start of construction of large-scale passenger line, how to ensure the Construction quality of passenger line in the first place. According to the participation of the Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line Project as the background, in-depth analysis and study of the passenger line’s construction organization, and technology management, through the construction of the Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line thought the organization and summary of the passenger line for future projects provide useful experience.First, the paperⅤWuhan-Guangzhou passenger line summarizes the subject of the construction and research organizations, the duration of the high-speed railway and construction of the relationship between resource allocation are summarized to reveal the relationship, for the future construction of passenger line provides a reference basis.Secondly, the paper focused on the subject of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger lineⅤpassenger line construction management and key technologies. Including the project schedule management, major construction technology program, time targets and assurance measures to ensure safety and quality objectives and measures for water environmental protection and occupational health measures, labor organizations, major equipment configuration, the main material supply, civil construction and other key technologies and conservation Construction Management.Again, this article passenger line of new technologies, new processes were introduced.Finally, the article also points out the passenger line construction experience and lessons learned, and proposed future construction considerations.Through this study, a similar attempt to provide passenger line construction project management and technology management, organizational reference.更多还原
