瞬态瑞雷波法在南广铁路岩溶路基注浆质量检测上的应用

【摘要】 新建南广线黎塘西至桂平段沿线碳酸盐岩分布广泛,可溶岩分布长度占线路长度的92.7%。本文以该区段岩溶路基注浆质量瞬态面波检测方法为研究对像,通过大量注浆前、后野外现场测试,ANSYS有限元数值模拟正演分析、理论计算及实测数据统计分析,对3种典型断面注浆质量瞬态面波检测方法、检测时间和评判标准进行分析研究。本文首先通过建立三种不同层状介质模型,通过ANSYS有限元数值模拟和理论计算得到相应的频散曲线,通过分析频散曲线形态和波速大小表明ANSYS有限元数值可以模拟瞬态瑞雷波法。然后根据钻孔资料选择三种典型断面,建立数值模拟模型,分析对比野外现场实测和数值模拟的注浆前、后频散曲线形态、波速变化特征,验证野外实测数据的可靠性,为数据统计分析提供理论依据。最后将已通过压水试验、钻孔取芯和其他物探方法检验注浆已合格测点的面波数据进行统计分析,得到波速与埋深之间的关系曲线,进而建立适用于南广铁路岩溶路基注浆质量瞬态瑞雷波法检测评判标准。1.通过分析研究建立了岩溶路基注浆质量评判标准,岩洞:V≥17.1H+236.9;岩体:V>23.0H+321.1;土体:V>20.6H+130.3。通过对重点测试区段及其他一般测试区段回判,结果表明该标准适用于南广铁路岩溶路基瞬态瑞雷波法注浆质量评价。2.注浆完成一定时间内,浆液随着时间增长逐渐凝固,不同的检测时间测得的波速有所差异,分析表明注浆完成28天后波速稳定,因此认为注浆检测宜在28天后进行。当时间不允许,需要提前检测时,可按照波速提高率随时间的变化规律推算完全凝固后的波速值,然后按照注浆效果评判标准进行注浆质量评价。
【Abstract】 There are carbonate rocks widely distributed along the section of Litang to Guiping in constructing Nanning-Guangzhou railways, where the distribution of carbonate rocks takes up 92.7% in the line. This thesis takes the method of transient Rayleigh wave in detection of the section Karsts grouting consolidation as the object of study. Through a large number of field tests before and after grouting, the forward analysis by ANSYS finite element numerical simulation, theoretic calculation and statistics of measured data, it has been analyzed and studied the method, time and criteria of transient Rayleigh wave in detection of grouting consolidation in three typical sections.Firstly, three kinds of different layered medium model are built and the corresponding dispersion curves are obtained by ANSYS finite element numerical simulation and theoretic calculation. It is shown that ANSYS finite element numerical method can be used to simulate the transient Rayleigh wave through analyzing dispersion curve shapes and wave velocity. Then, three typical sections are selected according to the borehole data and the model of numerical calculation is built. Analyzing and comparing the characteristics of dispersion curve shapes and wave velocity of field measured data and numerical simulation before and after grouting, which is to verify the reliability of the field measurement, is supplied the theory basis for data statistic analysis. Finally, the data of Rayleigh wave in the measuring points, where grouting is already checked qualified by the water pressure test, coring and other geophysical methods, have been statistically analyzed. The relation curves between wave velocity and buried depth are obtained, and further more the criteria are built, which can be used to examine the method of transient Rayleigh wave in detection of Nanning-Guangzhou railway karsts grouting consolidation.1.The criteria of grouting in karsts areas are obtained through analyzing and reaching, which include the follows:caves,V≥17.1H+236.9; rock mass,V≥23.0H+321.1;soil mass,V≥20.6H+130.3. Judging the key test areas and general test sections, it is turned out that the criteria can be used to examine the method of transient Rayleigh wave in detection of Nanning-Guangzhou railway karsts grouting consolidation. 2.The seriflux is gradually solidified as time passes in the period of grouting completion, so there is different wave velocity in the different testing time. Analysis shows that the wave velocity is steady after 28 days since grouting completed, therefore, it is considered that grouting detection should be start 28 days later. However, when it is need to detection ahead of time, the wave velocity after completely solidification can be calculated according to the changing regularity of the increase rate of wave velocity over time.
