纳米氧化锌改性水性丙烯酸涂料的制备与研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究了纳米氧化锌改性水性丙烯酸涂料的制备方法和性能测试。本实验使用单体滴定法制备了水性丙烯酸乳液并对反应条件进行了优化。采用沉淀法制备出纳米氧化锌,并且研究了不同偶联剂、分散剂对纳米氧化锌改性效果的影响。选取了效果相对较好的Y-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)对纳米氧化锌进行分散处理,并与水性丙烯酸涂料复合制得了纳米氧化锌改性水性丙烯酸涂料,并对涂层的抗紫外能力、抗菌能力和各项力学性能进行了测试和分析,论文还对纳米涂料的研究和开发提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the preparation methods and performance testing of(ZnO Modified the Water-borne acrylic paint).In the experiment, Water-borne acrylic emulsionwas made by single titration and it optimized the reaction conditions. ZnO was prepared by precipitation, and we studied the effects of different coupling agents, dispersing agents on the effect of modified ZnO. In the experiment, we selected MPTMS which had a relatively effect to do the distribute processing, and made the ZnO Modified the Water-borne acrylic paint compounded with Water-borne acrylic paint. We did the test and analysis about the UV capability, antibacterial and the mechanical Properties of the coating. The paper also gave some suggestions about the reseach and development of nano-coating.
