青岛崂山区北宅、王哥庄、沙子口地质环境工程建设适宜性研究

【摘要】 本文研究城镇化进程过程中的青岛崂山北宅、王哥庄、沙子口三个乡镇地质环境对工程建设的适宜性。结合各区地形、地貌、基岩、工程地质、水文地质、洪水和地质灾害特征,利用GIS技术,采用定量多因子评价方法,对各研究区域进行工程适宜性分区和评价研究,为城市建设规划科学合理从地质环境角度提供依据。王哥庄镇区内存在劈石口—浮山所断裂和王哥庄-山东头断裂两个断裂,其地貌成因主要为流水地貌和海成地貌,工程地质分区也以山间河谷松散区为主,主要地质灾害及隐患发育类型为崩塌。研究得出,王哥庄适宜建设面积25.76km~2,占58.9%,有条件建设适宜区面积10.02km~2,占22.8%,开发建设不适宜区面积8.01km~2,占18.3%。北宅镇区内存在劈石口—浮山所断裂和白沙河断裂两个断裂,地貌按成因也是属于流水地貌,地貌形态类型有丘陵、山间河谷堆积区,工程地质类型以山间河谷松散区为主,地质灾害及隐患发育类型主要有崩塌及泥石流。研究得出,北宅适宜建设面积2.48km~2,占23.7%,有条件建设适宜区面积5.07km~2,占48.4%,开发建设不适宜区面积2.09km~2,占27.9%。沙子口镇地貌按成因分为流水地貌和海成地貌,以山间河谷堆积区为主,工程地质分区以山间河谷堆积区为主,洪水危险程度高的地区主要分布在凉水河下游,地质灾害及隐患发育类型主要有滑坡和崩塌。研究得出,沙子口适宜建设面积7.13km~2,占68.4%,有条件建设适宜区面积2.94km~2,占28.2%,开发建设不适宜区面积0.35km~2,占3.4%。
【Abstract】 The paper selects Bei Zhai, Wang Gezhuang, and Sha Zikou, the three towns in the process of urbanization, as the study area of the suitability of engineering projects affected by geological environment. Combined with various terrain, topography, bedrock, engineering geology, hydrogeology, characteristics of flood and geological hazards, the study area is divided by suitability assessment of engineering, adopting GIS technology and quantified multi-factor evaluation method, which provides a reference for the urban scientific planning from the perspective of the geological environment.There were Pi Shikou- Fushan geological fault and Wang Gezhuang-Shan Dongtou geological fault in Wang Gezhuang Town area. The main causes of landscape topography are fluvial landform and the sea water into the landscape; Engineering Geology Division also loose mountain valley area; main geological hazards and risks are collapse. Study shows Wang Gezhuang suitable building area 25.76km~2, accounting for 58.9%, conditional construction suitable area 10.02km~2, accounting for 22.8%, development and construction of suitable area 8.01km~2, accounting for 18.3%.There were Pi Shikou- Fushan geological fault and Bai Shahe geological fault in Bei Zhai Town area, and both are water landscape by cause. Topographic types are mainly hills, mountains, valley fill areas, engineering geology type is dominated by mountain areas for the loose Valley Lord, and geological hazards and risks are collapse and the development of debris flow. Based on the study, the North residential area of suitable construction 2.48km~2, accounting for 23.7%, conditional construction suitable area 5.07km~2, accounting for 48.4%, development and construction of suitable area 2.09km~2, accounting for 27.9%.Sha Zikou town is divided by the causes of landscape topography into fluvial landform and the sea water into the landscape, to the main mountain valley fill area. Engineering Geology Division is dominated by mountain valley fill areas. High-risk flood areas are mainly located in the Liangshui River downstream, and the main types of geological disaster contain the landslide hazards and the development of collapse. Study shows the Shazikou suitable building area 7.13km~2, accounting for 68.4%, conditional construction suitable area 2.94km~2, accounting for 28.2%, development and construction of suitable area 0.35km~2, accounting for 3.4%.
