【摘要】 目的:探讨应用DHS(dynamic hip screw)内固定与Gamma钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折(EvansⅢ)的临床疗效对比。方法:全部病例均来自长春中医药大学附属医院和苏州市中医院骨伤科,自2010.2-2011.4根据病例纳入标准和排除标准,选择股骨粗隆间骨折60例,其中DHS内固定30例,Gamma钉内固定30例,通过对其性别、年龄、原发病情况、术后合并症及恢复情况、平均手术时间、手术切口、术中出血量、术后颈干角丢失度等进行对比分析,数据采用SPSS for windows13.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果:DHS内固定与Gamma钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折(EvansⅢ)有效率及髋内翻率经统计无显著性差异(P>0.05),优良率Gamma钉内固定和DHS内固定组相似,手术时间、术中出血量Gamma钉组少于DHS组。结论:DHS与Gamma钉都是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想材料,在控制创伤方面Gamma钉优于DHS。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the clinical curative effect of contrast of the dynamic hip screw application (DHS )internal fixation and Gamma nail internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures (EvansⅢ).Methods: All patients were from Orthopedics of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2010.2-2011.4 , according to case the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard, the choice of intertrochanteric fractures within 60 cases, including DHS 30 cases and Gamma nail fixed within 30 cases of fixed. We had comparative analysis by SPSS by the gender,age,the original incidence,postoperative complications and recovery and the mean operative time,incision on average,the amount of bleeding during surgery,and the lost degree of postoperative neck-shaft angle . the data was analysed by statistical software package of SPSS for windows13.0 .Results:The effective rates and the incidence rates of hip joint valgus of dynamic hip screw(DHS)group and Gamma nail group had no distinct difference by treating statistically (P>0.05), Excellent rate of Gamma nail group and DHS group were similar ,Gamma nail group was less than DHS group in the timing of the operation and the amount of bleeding during surgery.Conclusion : DHS and Gamma nails are the ideal materials to fixation of intertrochanteric fractures .Gamma nail is superior to DHS in terms of controlling operative trauma.更多还原
