【摘要】 目的:以辛甘温阳法治疗肺阳虚反复感冒的临床疗效观察为基础,验证性研究其与肺阳虚反复感冒者血浆中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)及cAMP/cGMP的相关性,探讨辛甘温阳法对肺阳虚感冒反复发作的治疗作用。方法:本研究通过筛选正常对照组30例。临床符合病例纳入标准的治疗组30例,给予辛甘温阳中药,(江阴天江药业有限公司的中药免煎制剂,上药兑入200ml热水中混匀,100ml,每日两次,早晚分服,连服三周),采用自身前后对照法,评价30例肺阳虚反复感冒者用药后疾病、症状的改善情况,对血浆cAMP、cGMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值的影响。其中血浆中cAMP、cGMP含量测定采用ELISA法。结果:与正常对照组比较,肺阳虚反复感冒者cGMP含量升高(P<0.01),cAMP/cGMP比值降低(P<0.01)。用辛甘温阳法治疗后,感冒发作次数明显减少(P<0.01),有效率为96.7%,治愈率40%,同时可降低肺阳虚反复感冒者血浆中cGMP含量,升高cAMP/cGMP比值(P<0.01)。结论:辛甘温阳中药可明显减少肺阳虚感冒的发作次数,改善症状,并可降低cGMP含量,升高cAMP/cGMP比值。说明辛甘温阳法对肺阳虚反复感冒有明显的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与调节血浆中cAMP、cGMP含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: The passage based on the clinical effect observation of lung-Yang defieieney in TCM and repeated colds in west medicine with method named“Yang-warmed Xin-Gan”, by researching on cAMP and cGMP content in plasma and the ratio-related to discuss the method on prevention and treatment of lung-Yang defieieney of recurrent cold.Method: This research by selecting 30 controls and 30 patients which meet the standard of clinical case , the patients are given“Yang-warmed Xin-Gan”Chinese medicine, (Jiangyin drug industry, Herbs fried-free preparations, blended with 200ml of hot water and mix,100ml, daily two times, sooner or later for three weeks), by using self-control method before and after to evaluate the improvement of the disease and symptoms,the content of cAMP,cGMP and the ratio of cAMP and cGMP in plasma on 30 cases patients.cAMP and cGMP content in using ELISA method.Result: Compared with normal control group, cGMP contents in patients with recurrent colds of lung-Yang defieieney increased and cAMP/cGMP ratio decreased (P<0.01). Treated with“Yang-warmed Xin-Gan”method, the number of occurrences in cold significantly reduced (P<0.01),the effective rate of 96.7%,cure rate of 40%.At the same time,it can significantly decrease cGMP,increase the cAMP/cGMP ratio (P<0.01).Conclusion:“Yang-warmed Xin-Gan”Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of the cold of lung-Yang defieieney,improve symptoms, and reduce the cGMP, increased cAMP/cGMP ratio.It have a noticeable effect on the cold of lung-Yang defieieney with the method.The mechanism may be associated with regulating cAMP and cGMP content in plasma.更多还原
