加热器自动试验台及数据管理系统

【摘要】 本课题来源于山东大学能源与动力工程学院内燃机研究所与河北宏业永盛汽车加热器股份有限公司合作开发的“加热器自动试验台及数据管理系统”项目。车用加热器近几年发展的很快,河北宏业永盛汽车加热器股份有限公司经过不断开发新产品及对原有产品的技术改造,目前拥有包括FJ、YJ、FJH、YJH、YJP、HYD、D5LC、D3LCC几大系列30余种规格的加热器产品,广泛应用于大型客车、货车、军车、坦克、中高档汽车等车型。为了提高产品质量,更好的满足市场需求,改进加热器的性能试验和出厂检验水平成为当务之急。以往加热器的性能试验和出厂检验完全依靠人工完成,工作量比较大,测试过程的实时数据无法全部记录及追溯,存在遗漏甚至错误。本课题研制的加热器自动试验台及数据管理系统针对上述问题开发的。该系统可以准确、快速控制试验过程;自动完成数据采集、处理,并生成各种报表;还可实时监控加热器的试验过程,对突发状况迅速做出响应(报警或紧急停机等),确保试验系统的安全性,满足企业对加热器性能及产品出厂检验的准确性和试验数据管理的自动化,提高劳动生产率和经济效益。本文分析了设计指标和要求,提出了系统的总体设计方案,包括系统的总体框图设计、测量参数的确定、系统使用环境和功能。介绍了试验台使用的测量仪表和传感器的选型及其特性并完成了试验台台架设计;从软件设计和硬件设计两方面详细阐述了试验台控制器的总体设计和各功能模块的构建以及功能实现。软件设计包括软件设计要求、软件流程、软件功能模块实现等。并重点论述了试验台测控软件的实现,即软件的需求分析、软件开发环境和监控平台的选择、数据库分类和选择、各软件模块的设计与实现等四个方面;硬件设计方面包括硬件设计要求、设备接口及功能、功能模块及电路设计、电路设计中抗干扰措施等;最后从试验步骤和试验结果两方面对已搭建的试验台和测控系统进行试验验证。经实践证明整个系统的设计是可行的,能够完成预定的要求。
【Abstract】 This topic comes from Institute for the internal combustion engine, School of Energy and Power Engineering, Shandong University developed the project of "test bed heater" project for Hebei Hongye vehicle heater Co. Ltd.Vehicle heater has been developing rapidly these years. It is now widely used in large-scale passenger cars, trucks, military vehicles, tanks and high-class cars. It can be a very good solution to the cold-start problem and the issue of room heating of vehicle in the cold season and cold regions. Now Hebei Hongye vehicle heater Co. Ltd. has two production lines, turning out over 30 varieties of products, including FJ, YJ, FJH, YJH, YJP, HYD, D5LC, D3LCC, etc. The factory test is the most important aspect of the production line.The vehicle heater Test-bed is an important equipment for vehicle heater to be inspected and researched, In order to inspect heater more quickly and safely, and also improve corporation’s economic benefits, It’s necessary to design the vehicle heater Test-bed control with the computer.Firstly, this paper introduces the development of computer control theory and the testing process of vehicle heater. According to the request for testing, the scheme of test-bed is present and selects sensors and apparatus. Secondly, based on the analysis of system’s hardware, the paper finished the design of this test-bed controller, including the design of hardware and software. Thirdly, how to design this test-bed’s software of computer control is introduced. Finally, a study on system commissioning is presented at last in the article.The practical shows that the system design is feasible and reaches the requirements present.
