【摘要】 绩效考核是绩效管理的关键环节,绩效考核的成功与否直接影响到整个绩效管理过程的有效性。完整的绩效管理是一个循环的管理流程,涵盖了绩效目标的制订、绩效的辅导、绩效的考核和绩效的激励等方面的内容。本文在学习和借鉴前人研究文献和理论成果基础上,以A保险公司为例,对绩效考核体系进行全面研究。通过对A保险公司绩效考核现状存在的问题进行深入研究和探讨,提出A保险公司绩效考核的改进设计方案,同时在对新绩效考核体系实施运行过程中可能出现的问题设计出解决方案。论文主要分为六个部分进行论述：第一部分,绪论部分,主要论述论文的研究背景,目的、意义,国内外研究现状分析以及论文的研究方法和研究内容等。第二部分,绩效考核相关理论研究,具体包括绩效考核相关概念界定、绩效考核体系设计相关的主要理论、绩效考核的方法等内容。第三部分主要是对A保险公司的绩效考核机制的现状进行研究,并分析其存在的问题和原因。第四部分,A保险公司绩效考核体系的优化,在建立A保险公司绩效考核基本原则的基础上确立绩效考核指标和考核指标权重,并对绩效考核体系进行设计。第五部分,A保险公司绩效考核实施过程中应注意的问题。第六部分,结论部分,包括成果、不足及改进三部分内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The achievements inspection is the achievements management key link, the achievements inspection success or not immediate influence to the entire achievements management process validity. The complete achievements management must be a circulation process, including achievements contents and so on goal making, achievements counselling, achievements inspection and achievements drive. The paper in studies and profits from the predecessor to study the literature and in the theory achievement foundation, take The insurance company Yunnan subsidiary company as the example, in carries on the foundation which to the domestic and foreign Advanced enterprise achievements inspection studies and uses for reference, conducts the comprehensive study to the achievements inspection system. The fourth part, a insurance company achievements inspection system’s construction, in establishes a insurance company achievements inspection basic principle in the foundation, the establishment achievements inspection target and the inspection target weight, and carries on the design to the achievements inspection system.
