【摘要】 建设社会主义新农村是推进我国社会发展的一项重要战略任务。建设社会主义新农村涉及新形势下农村经济、政治、文化和社会发展的方方面面,是一项经济建设、文化建设、民主建设、和谐社会建设全面推进的综合工程。在新的历史条件下,解决“三农”问题,不仅仅是关系到我国经济发展的问题,也是与社会和谐和文化进步息息相关。农村文化建设是新农村建设的重要组成部分和精神保障,也是一项长期的系统的工程。近年来,学术界也对农村文化建设展开了深刻的研究,这一课题具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文立足于沈阳市农村文化视角,运用文献法研究法、调查研究法和理论结合实际的方法来分析研究农村文化建设问题,以点带面,展开对我国农村文化建设问题的研究,全文一共分为四大部分。第一部分阐述了本文的选题目的和意义,分析和梳理出学术界对农村文化建设的研究现状及研究中的热点问题,介绍了本文所使用的研究方法以及创新之点,并由此展开对农村文化建设问题的研究。第二部分从文化和农村文化的概念及特征着手,对农村文化建设的内涵、指导思想和背景进行介绍,在此基础上,概括出新时期农村文化建设的意义。第三部分是全文的重点和难点,总结出了新时期农村文化建设所取得的主要成就和存在的问题,将沈阳市“三县一市”的实地调查作为个案,分析了农村文化建设的具体状况,并针对所存在的问题对其成因进行了深刻的剖析。第四部分是针对第三部分引发的深层次思考,农村文化建设应当有一个正确的、清晰的发展思路,应当从总体上把握农村文化建设的方向和路线,根据这个总的方向,客观、具体的提出了完善农村文化建设的几点措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building a new socialist countryside is an important task of promoting the development of our society in china. The construction of socialist new countryside in the new situation involving the rural economic, political, cultural and social development, it is a comprehensive project for promoting all aspects of economic construction, cultural construction, democratic construction, harmonious society construction. In the new historical conditions, to solve the "san nong" issue is not only related to economic development, but also related to the problem with social harmony and cultural progress. Cultural construction is an important component of the new countryside construction and the spiritual protection, also it is a long-term systematic project. In recent years, academics have also launched a profound research on countryside cultural construction, this subject have the great theoretical and practical significance.This paper used the methods of literature research, survey research and theory combined with practical research to analyze the issue of countryside cultural construction, point to an area, launched the construction. This paper contains four parts.The first part of this paper expounded the purpose and significance of this article topic, analyzed and sorted out academic research on the research status and hot issues of countryside cultural construction, presented the research methods used in this article and the point of innovation, and thus started on Construction of rural culture.The second part started on the concept and characteristics of the culture and the countryside culture, presented the connotation, guiding ideology and background of the countryside cultural construction, in this basis, summarized the significance of countryside cultural construction in the new period.The third part is the important and difficult part of this article topic, summarized the main achievement and the existing problems of countryside cultural construction in the new period., took "three counties, a city" on-the-spot investigation of shenyang as a case study, analyzed specific situation and the cause of the problem of the countryside culture construction .The fourth part is the deep thinking for the third part.
