【摘要】 传送网作为整个电信网络的基础,是构建信息传输系统的一个重要环节。随着计算机技术的快速发展,客户端业务需求不断的多样化,对承载网络的性能要求也在不断提高。城域传送网的基础主要是汇聚机房、管道、光缆三大基础物理网。2009年以来,广东移动各本地网均开始了大规模的基础网络规划建设工作,但是长期以来三大基础物理网都是相对独立规划的,并没有形成系统。而随着网络资源和用户数量逐年增加,业务需求的迅速扩大,基础网络规划工作面临新的形势。由于基础网络资源建设是一个对业务、技术、成本十分敏感的领域。同时,传输局房及管线网建设环境又十分复杂,使得当前的宽带接入网建设带有很大的盲目性,投资风险进一步加大。为从全盘布局入手,尽量避免重复性建设与投资同时兼顾技术可行性,本文从理论分析出发,结合实际工程应用的需要,特对基础网络规划建设模型及规划规程进行研究。本文给出宽带接入网和基站接入网的理论模型,并在理论模型的基础上进行仿真分析。介绍了本地传输基础承载网络规划规程的规划目标,并在规划目标的基础上,进一步给出了汇聚机房、光缆网以及管道网的总体规划原则。给出了基础网规划的总体流程。并在本地传输基础承载网络规划规程的理论模型、规划原则及规划流程内容的基础上,给出了具体的规划呈现及输出流程。输出以效果图的形式给出。本文的研究形成了初步的网络成果模型和规划规程,为后续提升传送网规划的规范性、可靠性、经济性打下了坚实的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transmission network as the basis for the entire telecommunications network, it is an important part to build the information transmission system. With the rapid development of computer technology and the diversification of the client demand for the business, the bearing network performance requirements are also rising.Metro Transmission Network is based primarily on three basic physical networks:gathering room, pipeline and cable. Since 2009, Guangdong Mobile have started the large-scale work for planning and construction of basic network, but a long time the three physical network are planning independently, and no system. With the numbers of network resources and users increase every year and the rapidly expanding of business needs, the work for basic network planning get new opportunities. Basic network resource construction is a sensitive area for business, technology and cost. Meanwhile, the transmission housing and the pipeline network construction environment is very complex, making the construction of the current broadband access network with a lot of blindness, and further increases the investment risk.For the global consideration and avoiding repetitive construction and investment and taking into account the technical feasibility, this paper from the theoretical analysis and combining with the needs of practical application, especially researches the network model for planning and construction and planning procedures. In this paper, it shows the theoretical model of broadband access network and base stations access network and makes a simulation based on the theoretical model.Description the planning goals of local basic transport network planning procedures and further the general planning principles of convergence room, cable network and pipeline network on the basis of planning objectives.The paper shows the overall process of basic network planning and the detail planning presentation and output processes based on the theoretical model, planning principles and the content of planning process of the local transmission network planning procedures. Lastly,it gives the output in the form of renderings.The study in this paper forms the preliminary network models and network protocols, which makes a solid theoretical foundation for follow-up enhancing normative, reliability, economy of transmission network planning.更多还原
