“观察视频模型”教学模式在体操普修课垫上运动中的实验研究

【摘要】 随着素质教育的改革,学生全面发展的要求的提出,在整个的教学过程中对体育教育教学也提出了更高的要求。在体操课的教学中,把提高技术动作作为单一的教学目标已经不适合体育教学的要求。为了改变和提高传统的、单一的教学模式,提高教学质量,一些新的教学模式被广泛的实验并出现在了体育课的教学过程之中:如“合作教学模式”、“探究教学模式”等。这些教学模式对整个的教学质量的提高起到了一定的推动作用。本文对学生观察视频学习的教学模式进行了实验研究,这种教学模式是在教师指导下学生通过观察视频教学模型,,掌握技术动作的要领,学习其教学和保护方法,通过学生的自学自练来掌握技术动作。通过探讨观察视频模型学习的教学模式在体操普修课中的可行性和有效性,期待为进一步提高体操课的教学研究提出一种新的方法和理论依据。本实验的研究分为两轮,第一轮从上海体育学院体操普休班随机抽取了两个班,第二轮也是从上海体育学院体操普休班中随机抽取了两个班,分别分为实验班和对照班,每个班28人。通过教学实验和数理统计的方法,通过发放问卷并对发放的问卷进行了回收、统计、分析,得出了实验班和对照班的大量数据,对数据进行分析,得出了以下结论:第一:通过实验前后的对比,学生基本的体操技能水平有了不同程度的提高,实验班学生平均成绩较对照班学生成绩有了较大幅度的提高,说明学生观察视频模式学习的教学模式在提高教学效果方面是可行的。第二:经过两个学期的试验之后,学生各项身体素质跟实验前的相比较有了一定程度的提高,但是实验班和对照班两个班学生的身体素质并不存在显著性差异。第三:学生的体育学习态度在老师采取了不同的教学模式之后发生了变化,实验班学生的体育学习态度比对照班学生的体育学习态度有较大幅度的提高,说明学生观察视频模型学习的教学模式能够在一定程度上提高学生的体育学习态度的。第四:实验班学生对体操课的重视程度,对观察视频模型学习教学模式的认同程度均有明显的提高,说明学生观察视频模型学习教学模式在体操教学中是比较适用的,更符合体育教育专业的教育要求,能够更好的完成体育教学目标。

【Abstract】 With the quality of the education reform, the requirements of comprehensive development of students suggested that the teaching process in the whole of physical education also put forward higher requirements. The teaching of gymnastics, to improve the technical operation as a single goal has been not suitable for the teaching of physical education requirements. In order to change and improve the traditional, single teaching model to improve the quality of teaching, new teaching models have been widely experiments and teaching physical education in the process: such as "co-teaching model, "inquiry teaching mode " . The teaching model to improve the quality of teaching has played a certain role.This article on teaching students to observe the video mode of learning experimental research, the teaching model under the guidance of teachers teaching the students by observing the video model, and master the essentials of technical movements, learning and protection of their teaching methods, through self-learning students from training To become skilled action. the second round is from the Shanghai Institute of Physical Education Gymnastics random sample of off-duty, two classes were divided into Experimental classes and control classes, each class is 28. Mainly through the teaching experiments and mathematical statistical methods, and payment by issuing a questionnaire survey carried out statistical analysis, obtained the experimental classes and control classes of large amounts of data, analyze data, draw the following conclusions:First: comparison before and after the experiment, using different teaching model, students have the basic gymnastics skills improved to varying degrees, experimental class performed significantly higher than the control classes on average student achievement, indicating that this teaching will help students Raising the level of gymnastics skills.Second: through a semester of gym class exercises, students have a physical before the experiment to some extent compared with the improvement, the experimental classes and control classes to improve students in physical terms there is no significant difference, indicating that this teaching model of student body Quality of no significant difference.Third: Students of physical education by taking a different approach has made significant changes in teaching, experimental class of students was significantly higher than the control classes, indicating that this teaching model to improve student learning attitude of sports is helpful.Fourth: a survey after the experiment, experimental class of gymnastics classes in the degree of attention to the recognition of this level of teaching classes of students were higher than the control, indicating that this teaching model in physical education is more applicable, to Completion of teaching objectives better.
