贫困大学生思想政治工作调查研究

【摘要】 贫困大学生思想政治工作是一个重要的研究课题。加强和改进贫困大学生思想政治工作,是国家改革发展的客观需要,是社会和谐稳定的必然要求,是发挥思想政治工作“生命线”作用的内在需要,是促进贫困大学生成长成才的基本要求。结合文献综述,对贫困大学生、贫困大学生思想政治工作等概念进行了科学的界定。在此基础上,以问卷调查为主、座谈和访谈为辅的方式,以云南师范大学、大理学院、临沧师范高等专科学校等3所云南高校为调查个案,随机抽样调查了174位高校教师和364名贫困大学生,对贫困大学生思想政治工作的成效(以贫困大学生的思想政治道德状况为表征)以及贫困大学生思想政治工作的经验与不足进行深入考察。研究发现,当前贫困大学生的思想道德状况主流积极、健康向上,道德取向较为理性而务实,价值取向多元化,其中,比例不小的贫困生具有明显的现实主义和功利主义色彩,价值行为判断标准模糊,道德认知和道德行为相矛盾,存在知行不一的现象。贫困大学生在政治观、价值观、人生观、公德意识、法纪意识、诚实守信、人际交往、恋爱观、择业观、心理健康、网络观等方面还存在着较多的潜在问题。高校贫困生思想政治工作内容不断丰富、方法日趋多样,积累了一定的经验,取得了一定的成效,同时,在也存在着诸多问题,突出反映在工作环境、工作主体、工作载体、工作内容、工作方式、工作研究、工作艺术、工作考核以及工作原则等多方面,这也正是加强和改进贫困大学生思想政治工作的突破口所在。要解决这些问题,加强和改进贫困大学生思想政治工作,提高贫困大学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,就要坚持内因和外因相结合的方法,从政府、学校、社会、家庭、教育者和贫困生等多方面来加以努力,实现“政府主导、完善机制”,“立德树人、教育先行”,“以生为本、改进管理”。要以政府为主导,为贫困大学生思想政治工作提供政策、法规保障,理顺工作权责,为工作的开展提供指导思想和基本原则,以及提供强大的人力、财力和物力支持。要发挥教育者和贫困生的“双主体”作用,对教育者主体要强调言行示范、做到“教书育人、管理育人、服务育人”相结合,对受教育者(贫困生)主体,要全面调动其主观能动性,发挥其自我教育的功能。要巩固家庭阵地,强化家庭教育,发挥其在思政工作中的基础性作用。要拓展学校教育平台:设立贫困大学生思想政治工作的专门组织机构,构建合理的工作体系;运用科学的教学方法,完善思想政治理论课的课程考核方式,充分发挥其主渠道作用;加强贫困大学生思想政治工作的队伍建设,提供组织保证;拓展贫困大学生思想政治工作的有效途径,丰富工作载体;加大对贫困大学生思想政治工作的科学研究,以研促工;发挥学生社团组织的重要作用,利用“朋辈教育”的力量;要营造良好的社会环境和育人氛围,发挥隐性教育的功能,促使贫困生在思想政治教育方面形成“他育-自育”的良性循环。

【Abstract】 Impoverished undergraduates’ideological and political work is a very important research subject. Strengthen and improve the ideological and political work, is the objective need of national development and reform and social harmony and stability, and is the inevitable requirement of the "lifeline" effect of the ideological and political work, as well as the inner need and the basic requirements to promote the growth of impoverished college students.This research is combined with literature review of poor college students, creatively, gives scientific definition of the poor college students and the university students’ideological and political work. The author mainly on a questionnaire survey, discussion and interviews with complementary way, Yunnan Normal University, Dali College, Lincang Teachers College for three cases of Yunnan university by random sampling survey, one of 174 a college teachers and 364 name for poverty, poor college students ideological and political education of college students in the effectiveness (poor college students’ideological, political and moral and psychological status for characterization) and poor college students’ ideological and political work experience and in-depth investigation insufficient.This research found that the current impoverished undergraduates’ ideological and moral status mainly for mainstream positive and healthy upward, moral orientation is reasonable and practical, value orientation diversification, has obvious realism and utilitarianism colour, value judgment standard behavior moral cognition and moral fuzzy, seek conflict behaviour in balance. Poor college students in the political concept, values, the outlook on life, the ethics consciousness, laws consciousness, honesty and trustworthiness, interpersonal, statistic, corrected, mental health, network view, etc also exists more potential problems. The current ideological and political work in colleges and universities is unceasingly rich, method is content varied, accumulated a certain amount of experience, which have made some achievements, but still has various problems.Outstanding reflected in the work environment, working bodies, work carrier, work content, work method, work study,work art,assessment and working principle and so on, and this is to strengthen and improve ideological and political work of the poor college students in the breach. To establish impoverished undergraduates’ideological and political work of long-effect mechanism, improve poor college students’ ideological and political work the pertinence and effectiveness, will insist on internal and external combination of methods, from the government, school, society, educators and aspects of poor students to effort. To government-led, for poor college students’ ideological and political work provide policies, laws and regulations safeguard, straighten out the responsibilities, for the work of the work will provide guidelines and basic principle, and provide a powerful human, financial and material support. To play educators and impoverished fresh "double subject" role for educators subject to emphasize, words and deeds demonstration, achieves "teaching, supervising and service to educate," combining, pedagogue (impoverished) subject to comprehensive arousing the subjective initiative, and exert the function of education itself. To consolidate the family education, and strengthening families positions in the internet, strategies play to the basic role. We will expand the school education platform:establishment of the impoverished undergraduates’ideological and political work special organization, construct reasonable work system; applying scientific teaching methods, improve the ideological and political theory course assessment mode, give full play to the role of main channel; strengthen the poor college students’ideological and political work team construction, provide organization guarantee; expand poor college students’ ideological and political work effective way, rich working carrier; Increase of poor college students’ideological and political work, the scientific research work, promoting integating research students will play the important role community organizations, using "peer education" force; to build a good social environment and educational atmosphere, play the function of education, prompting recessive poor education aspects in ideological and political formation "he yukon-bred" benign circulation.
