钢结构切割与组装尺寸偏差的分析与研究

【摘要】 在钢结构中,各种钢构件是钢结构最重要的组成部分,钢构件的质量对钢结构的性能起着决定性的作用,而钢构件的加工工艺决定着钢构件质量的好坏。钢板切割作为钢构件加工过程中最基本的工序,其质量与组装后的钢构件截面特性密切相关,同时也直接影响着工程的整体质量。由于加工尺寸偏差和安装误差方面的原因,结构构件的尺寸会出现偏差,加工制作后的实际构件与设计中预期的构件几何特征会有差异,这种差异为构件几何参数不定性。目前,针对钢板切割质量的研究仅限于对设备本身的控制方面,对钢结构构件几何参数不定性的统计工作还不够全面。本文以钢结构加工企业的钢板切割和组装工艺为对象,探讨钢板切割与组装的误差及质量控制。针对目前常用的钢板切割和组装工艺,采用多阶段抽样和全数检验的方法,在钢结构加工企业对5种不同厚度的剪切钢板、气割钢板和7种不同截面的焊接H型钢进行实地收集检验,得到1130块剪切钢板、300块气割钢板和160个焊接H型钢构件经切割和组装后的实际尺寸数据,运用动态分析中的控制图法和直方图法对钢板切割的实际数据和组装后的焊接H型钢截面特性进行了图表分析,得到切割和组装实际数据的分布规律,并利用数理统计的方法对其尺寸偏差进行了探讨与分析,得到在号料操作时不同板厚的钢板预留加工余量和钢构件截面几何参数不定性的统计参数,并对影响尺寸偏差的主要因素进行了探讨及分析,可为今后钢结构工程施工质量验收规范和工程结构可靠度设计统一标准的修订提供参考。

【Abstract】 In the steel structure,all kinds of steel components is the most important parts of the steel structure. The quality of the steel structures for steel structure performance has played a decsive role. And the processing technology of steel structure determines the steel components quality. Steel cutting is steel processing components of the most basic processes,its quality is closely related with the steel components section feature after assembly,at the same time it has a direct impact on the overall quality of the project. Because of processing dimension deviation and installation error reasons,the size of the structural elements will occur windage. The actual component after manufacture with design of the component geometry characteristic will be different. This difference is geometrical parameter uncertainty analysis of component. At present,the cutting quality of the steel research limited to cutting equipment itself control, steel structure component geometry parameters underminedess’s statistical work is not comprehensive.This research object is steel structure processing enterprise of steel cutting and assembly process,explore the steel cutting and assembly’s error and quality control.Aiming at the common steel cutting and assembly process,use a multi-stage sampling method and full inspection method,filed collection examined five different thickness shear steel plates、gas cutting steel and seven different section welding H-type steel in the steel structure processing enterprise,collected at 1130 block shear plate,300 gas cutting steel and 160 welding H-type steel’s actual size data.Using the method of dynamic analysis’s control chart and histogram analyse the actual data and sectional characteristic,and use the statistical methods discussed its size deviation.Get different thickness of steel obligate machining allowance and steel components section of the geometric parameter uncertainty analysis of statistical parameters. And analysis the main factors of influence size deviation, so it can provide reference for the revision of code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structuresand and unified standard for reliability design of engineering structures in the future.
