设ISAC复合式路面力学响应与结构设计研究

【摘要】 在水泥混凝土板上加铺沥青层修筑的CC-AC复合式路面可以克服水泥混凝土路面和沥青路面的缺点,集中两种路面结构的优点,刚柔相济,大大提高路面的使用性能,从而延长其寿命。但由于水泥混凝土板自身特点及层间结合等问题,决定了在使用CC-AC复合式路面时必须有效解决反射裂缝的问题。基于此,论文对设置复合式应力吸收夹层(Interlayer Stress Absorbing Composite,简称ISAC)的复合式路面结构的力学响应及结构设计方法进行系统研究。论文基于断裂力学理论,重点针对偏载和低温两种不利情况,通过计算设与不设ISAC复合式路面结构最不利位置的应力强度因子,分析了ISAC的防裂优势。采用三维有限元软件,分析了偏载及低温作用下复合式路面结构中ISAC的力学响应,提出ISAC上层设置高模量土工材料,中间设置低模量硫化橡胶沥青,下层设置低模量土工材料,可充分发挥ISAC的防裂与防渗等作用,并推荐出ISAC各结构层的模量取值。分别针对偏载与低温两种不利情况,对比分析了设与不设ISAC复合式路面结构的力学响应,进一步体现出ISAC的防裂优势,并系统分析了沥青加铺层厚度与模量、水泥混凝土板厚度与模量、基础模量、轴载、大气温度等因素变化对设置ISAC复合式路面结构受力的影响规律,并得出上述参数变化时沥青层偏载应力及低温应力相对于标准模型的修正系数。在此基础上,提出了设置ISAC复合式路面结构的设计指标、设计标准与设计方法,绘制了设计流程图,并推荐出合理的路面结构。

【Abstract】 The composite pavement which is the structure of asphalt overlay pavement on the ce-ment concrete board can overcome the shortcomings of cement pavement and asphalt pave-ment, and include the advantages of both. The composite pavement can greatly improves the road performance because it has the rational stiffness, futhermore, it also can extends pave-ment’s life. As the problems of cement concrete slab and the interlayers bonding, it must ef-fectively solve the problem of the reflective crackings before using the CC-AC composite pavement.Therefore, the paper studied the the compound road which set ISAC (Interlayer Stress Absorbing Composite, called ISAC) and discussed systematically the road’s mechani-cal responses and the structural design method.This paper focused on unfavorable conditions of the partial load and low-temperature based on fracture mechanics theory, and analysed the ISAC advantages of preventing reflec-tive crack by calculating the stress intensity factor of the composite pavement which set ISAC or not at the most unfavorable position. It analysed mechanical responses of the com-posite pavement under the partial load and low temperature based on the Three-dimensional finite element models. The upper layer of ISAC is high modulus geotextile material, the mid-dle layer is the low modulus of vulcanized rubber asphalt, and the lower layer is the low modulus geotextile material.So it can take advantage of ISAC to delay the reflective cracks. This paper recommend the ISAC modulus of each layer.It compared the mechanical responses of the composite pavement which set ISAC or not under the partial load and low temperature condition, and further reflected the anti-cracked advantages of ISAC. It also analysed the in-fluences of factors to the mechanics of the composite pavement which include the overlay modulus and thickness,the slab modulus and thickness,the foundation modulus,the axle load,the air temperature.It analyzed the correction of partial stress and low temperature stress campared with the standard model when the factors changed. In the end, the paper proposed the structure design specifications, design standards and design methods of the composite pavement which set the ISAC, and also drawed the design flow, and recommended a reason-able pavement structure.
