铁路枢纽线路CAD关键技术研究

【摘要】 铁路枢纽选线设计过程中涉及到大量的线路,线路之间的关系错综复杂,且存在大量约束。我国各铁路设计单位面临的枢纽设计任务日益繁重,传统的设计方法在设计过程中需要进行大量而繁琐的检算,已不能满足实际生产的需要,而国内对于铁路枢纽选线设计CAD技术方面的研究仍较少。因此,本文通过深入分析铁路枢纽中各类线路的设计方法,针对枢纽选线中线路数量多、线路关系复杂、多约束并存等问题,在既有的新建铁路、改建铁路设计软件系统的基础上,开发了铁路枢纽线路设计CAD系统,主要完成了以下工作:(1)深入研究铁路枢纽中各类线路的特点及其之间的相互关系。在纵向建立了“群-类-组-线”的层次结构对线路进行快速的索引和分类,在横向建立关联图存储和管理线路关系,实现了对枢纽中线路极其复杂关系的高效组织管理。(2)综合应用实例化技术,按需创建常驻内存的线路实例,以供随时取用,并根据实例被引用的频数和时间动态卸载引用概率较小的线路实例,有效地减少系统时间开销,并将内存开销控制在合理范围。(3)基于ObjectARX自定义实体技术,定制了平纵面一体的纵坡平面自定义实体。在此基础上研究了存在道岔引出、接入约束时的线路纵面自动接坡算法,线路间交叉约束的实时检算方法。实现了线路的实时动态耦合约束定线。(4)深入研究了线路中各类线元之间的交点坐标计算方法,提出了基于经纬距坐标区间预判、线元包络图形预判的二级线元交点坐标预判策略,大大减少线路交点坐标计算的时间。实现了线路交点坐标的实时动态解算。(5)利用VC++.net2002和ObjectARX2006开发工具,开发了铁路枢纽线路设计CAD系统,并通过工程实例验证了程序的正确性和实用性。

【Abstract】 The route design of railway hub is involved with numerous routes, the relations of which are extremely complicated, along with many restrictions. Railway design institutes are faced with increasingly heavy mission of route hub design, for traditional design methods can not meet the need of practical production for the massive and intricate calculation, while internal research on CAD technique of railway hub route design remain quite lacking yet.Therefore, aiming such problems in hub route selection as massive lines, complcated relation and coexisting restrictions, on basic of existing design software systems of newly-built and rebuilt railway, a CAD system on railway hub route design is provided in this paper by deeply analysis on design methods of different routes of railway hubs. The main work are as follows:The characters and relations of different routes of railway hubs are deeply studied. Longitudinally, framewok of cluster-type-group-line is established for swift index and classification, as well as respectly chat for memory and administration of routes relations latitudinally, by which efficient organization and administration on hub routes and their extremely complex relations are realized.By application of instantiation techtique comprehensively, routes cases of resident memory are created on demand for calling anytime. Acording to the calling frequence and time, the cases with a lower reference probability are to be unloaded dynamicly so as to induce the time occupied and to control the memory cost within a reasonable range.Longitudinal slope selfdefinition object with horizontal and vertical alignment is defined on basic of ObjectARX selfdefinition technique. Followed by research on automatic contact solution of route longitudinal plane with restriction of turnout or turnin, and realtime solution of routes reciprocal bond, which has brought realtime dynamic couple definiton of routes into reality.Coordinate calculation methods on intersection among line elements are widely studied, prejudge strategy on second class line elements intersection based on longitude and latitude coordinate interval prejudge and line elements prejudge is purposed, by which time on calculation of routes intersection coordinates is greatly induced, and realtime dynamic solution of routes intersections coordinates come true.A railyway hub route design CAD system is programmed with tools such as VC++.net2002 and ObjectARX2006, and engineering cases are conducted to testify the precision and practicability of the process.
