东江大桥刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁施工技术研究

【摘要】 东江大桥位于莞深高速公路北端石碣段跨越东江南支流处,是目前国内第一座双层公路桥。主桥全长432m,为三跨连续刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁桥,跨径组合为(112+208+112)m。主桁横向采用三桁结构,桁高10m,桁间距2x18m。主桁立面采用有竖杆的华伦式桁架,上加劲弦采用二次抛物线,上弦与上加劲弦之间用吊杆连接。东江大桥造型美观,结构新颖,受力性能复杂,设计独特,钢梁制造及施工的难度很大,架设及合龙精度要求高,合龙点多,线形控制非常重要,必须十分精确。为确保大桥施工质量,安全、顺利、精确合龙,对东江大桥钢梁拼装架设过程进行控制,对边跨平弦节点排架法架设,中跨平弦悬臂拼装架设与合龙,加劲弦架设与合龙等施工技术进行研究和总结,形成配套的施工工艺,同时对主跨平弦和加劲弦架设过程中的稳定性、线形控制、纵横向的内力调整等方面做了详细论述,给出了解决问题的方法。本文的研究结果对提高我国桥梁工程施工技术水平和创新能力具有现实指导意义,能产生巨大的经济和社会效益,同时可为今后同类型桥梁的施工积累经验,提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 Dongjiang bridge, which is the first double layer highway bridge, is located in shijie to across south tributary of Dongjiang river on north end of expressway between Shenzhen and Dongguan.The three-span continuous rigid suspension reinforced steel truss bridge has the span allotment of 112m+208m+112m and a total length of 432m. The main truss structue with three truss in the horizontal has a hight of 10m and a spacing of 18m, it use truss of warren type with vertical rod,the quadratic parabola stiffening string is connected with up chord by suspender.Dongjiang bridge has a beautiful modeling, novel structure,complex mechanical properties, unique design. Manufacture and construction of steel girder is very difficult:erection and closure need high precision;many closure points; linear control is very important and must be very precise.Construction of steel girder of Dongjiang bridge should be controlled to guarantee the quality of bridge construction and ensure the closure with security and smothness and high precision. Some construction techniques are discussed and summarized and formed supporting construction techology, such as the bent erection method used on side span, the balanced cantilever construction method used for center span erection and closure,the techology of erection and closure of stiffening string.And discussed in detail of the stability,linear control and adjustment of vertical and horizontal internal force of chord of main span and stiffening string when they are on construction progress,then given the solutions of these problems.The results of this study has practical significance to improve the construction technology and innovation of bridge engineering and can also produce huge economic and social benefits,what’s more,the construction experience can provide references for bridges of the same type in the futrue.
