2006～2010年某医院意外伤害住院患儿流行病学特征研究

【摘要】 目的：了解湖南省儿童医院意外伤害住院患儿流行病学特征,分析意外伤害的主要类型,为预防和控制儿童期意外伤害的发生提供参考依据,为医院人力资源配置提供证据。方法：采用回顾性研究方法对湖南省儿童医院2006至2010年间诊断为意外伤害的0-14岁住院患儿进行调查分析。结果：2006-2010年该院意外伤害住院患儿共5722例,成逐年增长趋势。男女比例为1.58：1；农村与城镇比例为1：0.44,6岁以下患儿住院例数最多。住院患儿意外伤害类型主要是脊柱、皮肤、血管损伤及异物进入(39.3%)。意外伤害类型以脊柱、皮肤、血管损伤及异物进入、肩及上肢损伤和头部损伤为主；意外伤害患儿住院天数中位数为5.00天,意外伤害治愈率和好转率分别达62.6%和34.0%,病死率为0.2%。各类中毒、药物反应及过敏反应是病死的主要原因。结论：1、近5年来湖南省儿童医院意外伤害住院患儿呈逐年增长；2、湖南省儿童医院意外伤害住院患儿以男性患儿、农村患儿和0-3岁患儿为主；3、脊柱、皮肤、血管损伤及异物进入、肩及上肢损伤和头部损伤居儿童意外伤害类型的前三位；
【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized children of unintentional injury in Hunan children’hospital and analyses the major type of unintentional injury. To provide evidence for prevention and control of children unintentional injury and improvement of hospital labor resource configuration.Methods:Retrospective study method is used to analyze the document material of 0-14 ages, unintentional injury hospitalized Children of Hunan children’hospital, from 2006 to 2010.Results:From 2006 to 2010, the total cases of unintentional injury hospitalized Children of Hunan children’hospital are 5722, which has growth tendency by year; the proportion of male to female is 1.58:1; the proportion of rural residents to urban residents is 1:0.44, children under 6 ages contribute the major number to the cases. The major type of the unintentional injury is spine, skin, and vascular injury and foreign body aspiration (39.3%). The median of hospital stay of unintentional injury hospitalized Children is 5.00 days. The cure rate, improvement rate and mortality rate respectively are 62.6%,34.0% and 0.2%. All kinds of intoxication, drug reaction and anaphylactic reaction are the main cause of death.Conclusions:1. The number of children’s unintentional injury hospitalization increased year by year over the past 5 years in Hunan Children’s Hospital.2. The male, rural, and 0-3-year-old children are the major hospitalization in Hunan Children’s hospital.3. The spine damage, skin damage, blood vessel damage, entry of foreign matter, shoulder injuries and upper extremity injuries located in the top three of all types of accidental injury.
