共青团组织在WL公司文化建设中的角色研究

【摘要】 随着我国企业改革的不断深入和现代企业管理制度的逐步建立,传统企业共青团组织的工作环境和地位发生了巨大变化,特别是在合资企业的共青团组织有着被边缘化的趋势。寻找新的工作思路,新的工作切入点,充分发挥共青团组织政治组织和青年群众组织的优势,切实地服务好企业的发展和青年的成长,是新形势下企业共青团工作的新课题。伴随着企业文化在国内企业中的深入研究和地位提升,为企业共青团组织提供了参与和服务企业发展的良好契机。本文运用五因素学说和学习型组织的五项修炼等理论,针对WL共青团组织的现状和公司企业文化的特点,深入、系统地分析WL共青团组织的现状、自身的优劣势、在中中外合资企业中的活动边界和约束条件,将共青团组织的优势和活动边界与WL企业文化建设的策略相结合,找到共青团组织促进WL企业文化建设的切入点,发挥共青团组织在企业文化建设工作中的组织、宣传和活动的优势,促进WL企业文化建设的同时,提升共青团组织的自身价值。

【Abstract】 With the continuously intensive enterprise reform and the setup of morden enterprise management system, traditional enterprise Youth League organization’s working environment and status have changed a lot, especially in joint ventures, which trends to be marginalizd.It is a new task for Youth League’s work in an enterprise that to find new working methods and new breakthrough point to fully play the advantages of Youth League as a political organization and young multitude to better serve enterprise and youth’s pullulationThe intensive research and status promotion of enterprise culture gives a good chance for Youth League to joint and serve the enterprise’s development. Based on WL’s Youth League organization status and enterprise’s culture, this article intensively and systematically analyses the present situation, advantages and disadvantages, activity boundry and limitations in joint venture, and combines the YL advantages, activity boundary with WL’s enterprise culture construction, and finds a breakpoint to accelerate WL’s enterprise culture construction, to play the advantage of organization, publicity and activity in the construction of enterprise culture which will accelerate WL’s enterprise construction as well as YL’s self value.
