边远地区农村中小学教师尊严感研究

【摘要】 教师作为人类群体的典型代表,其尊严与权利受到广泛关注,但由于边远地区农村中小学教师所处特殊环境,相对贫乏的社会资源和社会财富使其难以有效认知和践行自身尊严感。因此,对于边远地区农村中小学教师的尊严感研究具有现实意义。为提高边远地区农村中小学教师尊严感,本研究基于社会公正的分析视角,从我国基本国情出发,以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,提出了从社会公正所涵盖的物质层面、政治层面、社会层面三个方向保障边远地区农村中小学教师尊严感的树立。结果分析表明收入情况、环境状况和生活状况对边远地区农村中小学教师的生存尊严感产生显著性影响;权利赋予、分配制度、保障制度、学校管理制度四个方面对边远地区农村中小学教师政治尊严感产生显著性影响;社会交往情况、社会角色的认知与转换和生活、工作总体满意度三个方面对边远地区农村中小学教师社会尊严感产生显著性影响。要增强边远地区农村中小学教师的尊严感,就必须建立科学合理的薪酬制度;健全教师工作评价制度;坚持“以人为本”的价值观念;增强边远地区农村中小学教师价值认同;完善边远地区农村中小学管理体制。
【Abstract】 Teachers, the representatives of human beings, whose rights and dignity should be widely concerned, but as the primary and secondary school teachers of the remote areas are in the special, it is hard for those teachers to realize and have the sense of dignity. Therefore, it is significant to study the sense of dignity of the primary and secondary school teachers in the remote areas.In order to improve the sense of dignity of the primary and secondary school teachers in the remote areas, this research is based on the angle of social justice, proceeding from China’s actual conditions, guided by the scientific concept of development, putting people first, then the measures are put forward from four layers:the physical dimension, the political dimension, the cultural dimension and the spiritual dimension to help the to build up the sense of dignity. The result of the research manifests that the level of the income and living conditions have an obvious influence on the sense of living dignity of the primary and secondary school teachers in the remote areas; the systems of identity and social security play an important role in sense of political dignity of those teachers; leisure activities, social communication and school management system have magnificent effect on the sense of social dignity of those teachers.With the purpose of raising the sense of dignity of the primary and secondary school teachers in the remote areas, it is necessary to build up a scientific and reasonable salary system, improve the teachers’working evaluation system. Besides, it is also very important to put people first and enhance the identification of the value of the primary and secondary school teachers in the remote areas and improve the management system of the primary and secondary school.
