基于ANSYS的钢筋混凝土异形柱构件加固的非线性有限元分析

【摘要】 对现有结构的维修及受损结构的加固、修复是结构工程所面临的主要问题之一。钢筋混凝土异形柱结构由于良好的建筑空间功能而得到广泛的工程应用。异形柱结构作为一种新型的结构形式,目前针对其加固的研究较少,所以有必要进行深入研究,其中对于结构中不规则截面的异形柱构件的加固尤为重要。随着钢筋混凝土有限元技术的发展,采用有限元的方法对钢筋混凝土异形柱加固的非线性分析成为现实。一方面减少实验开支、减轻劳力、节省时间,同时还可以为工程应用提供参考指导。本文利用商业有限元软件ANSYS对混凝土异形柱加固的性能进行了分析。文中从异形柱及混凝土加固技术的发展入手,对其进行了回顾,并介绍了有限元软件在结构工程中的应用,通过对现有文献的查阅,本文主要做了以下工作:(1)通过比较异形柱与普通矩形柱在截面特征和力学性能上的差异,总结出几种常用混凝土加固方法应用于异形柱加固的利弊,分析得出湿式外包钢加固法和CFRP加固法应用于加固异形柱具有良好的性能。(2)用ANSYS有限元分析软件对湿式外包钢加固RC-L形柱偏压下的力学性能做了非线性分析。有限元分析得出了试件加固前后的裂缝开展情况、应力分布情况及混凝土受拉区的荷载-位移曲线。对比分析结果,得出湿式外包钢加固法应用于钢筋混凝土异形柱构件的加固具有良好的性能。(3)用ANSYS有限元分析软件对CFRP加固RC-L形柱做了有限元模拟实验及模态分析。分析结果表明异形柱加固后的承载力和变形能力有所提高。本文基于ANSYS对钢筋混凝土异形柱加固的模拟试验具有创新性。本文的模拟实验及分析结论为异形柱加固技术的深入研究及工程应用提供了参考。

【Abstract】 One main mission for structural engineering is the maintaining for existing structures and the reinforcement and the repair for destroyed structures.Reinforced concrete structure with special-shaped columns is used more and more widely with the satisfactory architectural functions in engineering application.Specially shaped column structure is a new type of structure and there are not enough research on reinforcement of specially shaped column,so it is necessary to take further research,especially for columns with irregular section.With the development of the concrete finite element method,nonlinear analysis with element for reinforcement of specially shaped column is reliable.On one hand,the budget of the experiment and both the time and the labor can be cut with FEM,on the other hand,it’s a reference for engineering application.With finite element analysis software-ANSYS,the behavior of reinforcement of specially shaped columns has been analyzed in this paper.It begins with the review of development of specially shaped column and strengthening technology of concrete,and presents a detail instruction about application of finete element software in field of structural engineering.The main tasks in this paper are:(1) By comparing the differences of section feature and mechanical properties between specially shaped column and common rectangular colum,this paper sums up the pros and cons of some reinforcement methods applied in reinforcing RC columns with special shape.From the analysis results,it has good performances while applying wet-enclosing steel and CFRP reinforcement methods in RC columns with special shape.(2) Nonlinear simulation analysis is performed to study the behavior of wet enclosing steel reinforced RC-L columns with finite element software-ANSYS.Some valuable formations can be gained,such as the distribution chart of crack of concrete at some time,the strain distribution of steel and concrete,and the loading-stress curve.Compared with the analysis results and obtained that it has a good performance to reinforce RC column with special shape by wet-enclosing steel reinforcement method.(3) Nonlinear simulation analysis and modal analysis is performed to study the behavior of CFRP reinforced RC-L columns with finite element software-ANSYS.From the finite element analysis results,the vertical bearing capacity and displacement capacity are both enhanced after reinforcement.It has certain creativity that simulation analysis of reinforced RC columns with special shape based on ANSYS.This paper’s simulation analysis and results provide reference for further innovation research and engineering application.
