图像式自动机运动参数测试系统研究

【摘要】 自动机运动参数的测试,是自动武器设计与生产中一项极为重要的工作。在当前国内外自动机运动参数测试系统存在诸多不足的背景下,通过对高速相机的研究,本论文提出了一种图像式自动机运动参数测试系统。在对该系统进行深入研究的基础之上,论文着重从图像标定技术、MC1362高速相机及图像采集卡的控制、测试系统软件设计等方面对其进行了详细的论述。论文首先对图像式自动机运动参数测试系统的原理及系统构成进行了阐述。同时,从对图像标定系统在测试系统中所起的作用的分析入手,提出了基于游标卡尺与基于光栅尺的两种图像标定系统。分别对两种图像标定系统的原理、系统建立方法及误差特点进行了研究,对二者的性能进行了比对。论文从原理、虚拟串口的实现方式、命令种类及程序实现等方面对MC1362高速相机的控制进行了设计。并通过对Sapera LT所提供的ActiveX与dll两种接口方式及其在Labwindows/CVI及VC++开发环境下,接口的建立与图像采集程序的实现的研究,对图像采集卡的控制进行了详细阐述。在测试系统软件方面,以软件接口、软件界面及操作流程为中心,进行了程序设计。完成了对MC1362高速相机与图像采集卡的控制,解决了Labwindows/CVI与MATLAB、Labwindows/CVI与VC++之间的接口问题,并对软件中图像的实时显示问题与数据处理问题进行了论述。所设计的软件实现了图像的采集、保存与数据处理,并对自动机运动参数的测试结果提供了分析工具。最后,通过自动机运动参数的实弹测试实验,论文对图像式自动机运动参数测试系统及图像标定系统的性能进行了考核,并对测试系统的软件性能进行了评定。实验结果表明,两种图像标定系统的相对误差都低于1%,自动机测试系统的误差也低于1%,测试软件操作方便、性能稳定,达到了预定设计的目标。

【Abstract】 Testing for automata’s motion parameters is a very important work for design and produce of automatic weapons.In the background of many disadvantages for the existed test systems home and abroad at present,with the researh of high-speed motion camera,this subject designed a new image-automata’s motion parameters test system.Based on deep development of the test system,this paper make detailed discussion of the system from the sides of image calibration technology,controlling of MC1362 high-speed motion camera and image acquisition card ,design of the test system software,etc.This paper makes discussion of the test system’s principle and system structure. Then begin with the discussing of the function of the image calibration system in the test system,two kind of image calibration system which based on vernier caliper and grating ruler are proposed. The principles,the design details and error characteristics of the two calibration systems are detailed described in this paper,also,the intercomparison of the performance of the two calibration system is made.Latter,this paper makes detailed discussing of controlling of MC1362 high-speed motion camera from the way of control principle, realizing way of virtual serial port,kinds of commands and realization of programming,etc.Meanwhile,from the discussion of the ActiveX interface and the dll interface provided by Sapera LT, its establishing way under Labwindows/CVI and VC++,and the realizing of image acquisition programming,detailed discussion of controlling of the frame grabber is made. On the side of the test system’s software, this paper has designed the software with the centre of software interface,interface and operation process.The paper finished to control the MC1362 high-speed motion camera and the image acquisition card, solved the interface problems between Labwindows/CVI and MATLAB,Labwindows/CVI and VC++,discussion of problems of image display and dada process is made too.The designed software achieved to acquire,save the images and data processing,besides, analysis tools for the tested automata’s motion parameters are also provided.Finally,through automata’s motion parameters’live ammunition test experiment, examination for the image-automata’s motion parameters test system and the two image calibration systems were made,the performance of the test system’s software is also assessed. The experiment result shows that the relatively error of the two image calibration systems is less than 1%, the error of the automata’s motion parameters test system is less than 1% too,the test software is easy to handle, and has stable performance, the preset goal has achieved.
