基于GIS的气象信息集成与分析系统

【摘要】 气象数据以其多源性、多态性、海量性为特征,如何建立统一的数据行业标准、如何以更丰富的可视化手段表达气象信息、如何利用历史数据中的庞大数据挖掘更深层次的信息以辅助决策,是当前气象数据应用中面临的重大课题。地理信息系统(GIS)作为一门新兴的地理信息技术,其海量数据管理处理能力、空间数据分析能力以及丰富的可视化表达方式,使得GIS在众多的领域中有了越来越广泛的应用。气象信息是众多地理信息的一种,因此近年来GIS成为气象科学研究和业务应用中的热点,正被广泛地应用到气象领域中。本文在讨论当前多源气象数据集成和分析系统建设研究现状的基础上,以Delphi为开发语言、ArcGIS Engine为GIS平台、SQL Server 2005为数据库管理工具,开发了基于GIS的气象信息集成与分析系统。系统集成了气象台站观测数据、风云2号卫星数据、多普勒天气雷达基数据、Micaps业务系统数据等多源气象信息,本文的主要内容如下:1、分析了当前多源气象数据集成平台建设的现状,并在此基础上给出了基于GIS的气象信息集成和分析系统的总体设计。2、根据各类气象信息的数据特点,研究各类数据在系统中的管理、处理和表达方法。3、针对传统Cressman方法的缺点,提出了基于点数搜索的两种改进方案,通过不同时间尺度的三组实验,分析比较了IDW、Spline、Kriging、Cressman以及两种改进方案的插值效果。4、实现了丰富的气象数据库的实时、统计查询,另外针对历史信息挖掘的需求,在常规统计检索的基础上提供了气候统计诊断分析功能,包括了气候趋势分析、气候突变检测、气候变量场时空要素分离等分析方法。

【Abstract】 The Meteorological data is characterized by its multi-source,multi-status,and great capacity. How to establish the data industry standard,how to present meteorological information using enrich visualization performances, how to use data in history database to excavate deep level information for assisting decision-making, those are most important problems that we must face to.Geographical Information System(GIS) is a kind of modern sciences and technologies. It has strong data handling ability, spatial analysis function and plentiful visualization performances. Those advantages make it deeply developed in every field. As one of geographical data, in recent year,GIS is a research focus of meteorological research and operational applications and wildly used in meteorological areas.Based on discussing current research situation in meteorological information integration and analysis system based on GIS, using Delphi as programming language and ArcGIS Engine Development Kit 9.2 as core development software as well as SQL Server 2005 as database tool, meteorological information integration and analysis system based on GIS was designed and developed.The system integrated meteorological station observe data,FY-2c data, base data of Doppler radar and data in Micaps system. The major works are:1. Analyze the current research situation of the meteorological information integration and analysis system based on GIS, and then give out the overall design of this system.2. Based on the characteristic of each meteorological data, research the method on managing, processing and presenting them.3. Analyze the shortcut of the tradition Cressman interpolate method, and propose two ways to improve it, then illustrate the improvement by three experiments at day,month and year scale,comparing with IDW,Spline,Kriging,Cressman methods.4. In according to the demand of users, this system implement the climate statistics and diagnostic analysis function based on meteorological database retrieval and statistics, including climate trend analysis, abrupt climate change detection and climate variables separation on spatial and temporal.
